Cycling the Baltic Sea Route in Denmark
Like many visitors, when I first visited Denmark I didn’t venture outside of Copenhagen. That was a mistake.
It’s a mistake many make with London and the UK or Barcelona and Spain or Rome and Italy. There’s just so much more Denmark has to offer, from coastlines and landscapes, to forests and cosy villages. On this eye-opening trip, we discover majestic chalk cliffs, stone-sculpted heads, stunning islands, archipelago’s and sixteenth century castles. And we’ll do it all on two wheels.
Denmark got a superb network of cycling routes connecting the entire country. In this article, we explore the Baltic Sea Route, mostly following the N8 cycle route across some of the most beautiful coastal regions in Denmark.
The Baltic Sea Route connects pretty much the whole of South Denmark and stretches over 820km in a huge figure of eight. Therefore, you’ll want enough time to explore it, I’d recommend at least 10 days or 2 weeks, depending on whether you will only travel by bike, or if you will also drive some of the route. As with any travel you’ll get to know a destination better if you spend longer there, and you could easily increase that to 3 or 4 weeks to really take your time.
We started the journey in South Zealand and Moen, visiting sights like Gavnoe Castle, the graffiti & street art in Naestved. Then we've seen the stunning Moens Klint. From there we headed to Lolland Falster with Marielyst Beach, after taking the ferry from Bogoe to Falster.
In Lolland we visited the unique Dodekalith figures, a sight you should not miss.
We headed further to Southern Jutland and Soenderborg, where you can find the Fjordvejen, using the Eurovelo 10 and stopping at Anne's Kiosk to try her famous Hot Dogs.
At Aabenraa we photographed the historic street Slotsgaden and the Gejla Bridge.
The final stop in Southern Jutland was in Haderslev Dam, where we took a boat at Danhostel.
In Kolding we have seen the Little Belt Bridge, the Kolding Castle, the Fredericia Ramparts before we headed to Fyn. On Fyn we stayed in Svendborg and headed to Valdemars Castle, explored the coastal town of Lundeborg and Broholm Castle.
A crazy architecture to see is the Great Belt Bridge in Nyborg.
The final district of this trip is West Zealand with the Great Belt Bridge, the Halsskov Reef and small towns like Skaelskoer. A small nice detour is the island of Agersoe.
If you want to experience some of the real Denmark, enjoy the nature, soak up the atmosphere at cute seaside towns, and absorb the fascinating history then this is the way it must be done.

Florida Keys Fail & Awesome Miami Beach; Swimming, Ice Cream & Art Deco
Florida Keys were high on my list of places I wanted to see, so we went down to John Pennekamp Park to try and do some snorkeling. Morten was really excited, so pretty bummed out when we showed up and the water was so unclear that it was impossible to see anything at all.
We decided to head back north and explore Miami Beach; which DID NOT disappoint! It's such a colorful area and of course I loved the Art Deco building from the 20ies and 30ies.. they were amazing. I also got to jump in the ocean ant miami beach and the water was so comfortable and refreshing, I could have stayed there for hours:)

Amazing Thailand -Bangkok Exploration 2017 | #Travelgraphy
It was one of the spontaneous trips that I ever did and I didn't really plan very details for the trip.
A month back, I was looking for a short gateway trip during the Singapore national day that falls on the 9th Aug, and I found the return air ticket for Bangkok, Thailand is affordable.
Quickly, I gathered Zac Teoh and Matt Lzx to buy the air tickets. Coincidently, Shin Lu and Estee ST planned their trip to Bangkok on the same days too!
What's more, Lim Ming Kern flew back from Copenhagen, Denmark to Bangkok for a short relaxing trip after the camp trip over there, and he pinged me over Instagram!
We met up, and hang out together in Bangkok, had a lot of fun!
Thanks, guys for making the trip even more wonderful and memorable!
