Ortigia Beaches and Sea Walls in Sicily, Italy
The Island of Ortigia is joined to Siracusa by three bridges and surrounded by a sea wall. Along the wall are a number of sandy and rocky beaches, Fontana Aratusa and many cafes. Ortigia remains a popular tourist stop in Sicily. Background music is Smooth Ridin by Huma Huma.
Brucoli and Mount Etna, Sicily
This is Brucoli in Sicily as seen from above and offering good views of Mount Etna. This film was shot on 4 March 2013 when most of Europe was suffering from snow storms whilst I was able to get out on my bicycle. We can see a curious mushroom shaped cloud coming from Mount Etna - I don't know why this happened and would be curious to know why. The volcano had erupted several times in the previous two weeks and was to erupt again over the next few days.
If you live in a motorhome, this is the type of place you too can live in!
My channel on you tube : is one of the most prolific from Poland. I have produced around 2,450 original films.
My big interest in life is travel and history but I have also placed films on other subjects
Please feel free to ask questions in the public area or to comment on things you disagree with. Sometimes there are mistakes because I speak without preparation. If I see the mistakes myself, I make this clear in the text. Please also leave a star rating!
There are a number of films here on the packaging industry. This is because I am the publisher of Central and Eastern European Packaging -- - the international platform for the packaging industry in this region focusing on the latest innovations, trends, design, branding, legislation and environmental issues with in-depth profiles of major industry achievers.
Most people may think packaging pretty boring but it possibly effects your life more than you really imagine!
Central and Eastern European Packaging examines the packaging industry throughout this region, but in particular in the largest regional economies which are Russia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Austria. That is not to say that the other countries are forgotten, they are not, but obviously there is less going on. However the fact that there are so many travel related films here is not from holidays but from business trips attending trade fairs around the region. Every packaging trade fair is a new excuse to make another film!

A Day in Messina, Sicily
While Messina is not ranked high on the tour books, in a way it was my favorite of the top 3 cities in Sicily. Both my wife and I thought it had a lot to offer - and I hope you like my impressions.
Messina is the capital of the Italian province of Messina and the third largest city on the island of Sicily, with a population of more 240,000 inhabitants in the city proper and about 650,000 in the province. It is located near the northeast corner of Sicily, at the Strait of Messina, just opposite Villa San Giovanni on the mainland.
The main economical resources of the city are: the port (commercial and military), provided with several shipyards; agriculture (including wine production and the cultivation of lemons, oranges, mandarin oranges and olives); tourism.
The city has been a Roman Catholic Archdiocese and Archimandrite seat since 1548 and is home to a locally important international fair.
