Las cuevas parte se extiende más de 2,8 kilómetros y un impresionante desnivel de 80 m. La ruta subterránea del río está a 3,5 km.
Los visitantes entran a la montaña a través de un orificio natural: la parte superior contiene extensas concreciones ricas habitaciones.
El abismo conecta esta planta a la del río. La parte inferior sigue una falla natural, testigo de la labor de la agua.
El visitante sale a través de un túnel artificial excavado 1913-1924.

Today, visitors are welcomed into a large shaded parking space for 500 cars. A shuttle then ensures their way to the cave entrance located 2 km above.
After the visit, the little train that stops outside carries a beautiful building built in 1924, one of the first reinforced concrete throughout France.
La partie des grottes s'étend sur 2,8 km et un dénivelé impressionnant de 80 m. Le parcours de la rivière souterraine est à 3,5 km.
Les visiteurs pénètrent dans la montagne à travers un orifice naturel: le sommet contient concrétions riches vastes chambres.
Le fossé reliant cette plante à la rivière. Le fond fait suite à une faille naturelle, comme en témoigne le travail de l'eau.
Le visiteur passe par un tunnel artificiel creusé de 1913 à 1924.
Grottes de Bétharram sont deux départements: on entre dans les Pyrénées Atlantiques et sort à travers les Pyrénées.
Aujourd'hui, les visiteurs sont accueillis dans un grand espace de parking ombragé de 500 places. Une navette assure ensuite leur chemin vers l'entrée de la grotte située à 2 km au-dessus.
Après la visite, le petit train qui s'arrête devant porte un bel immeuble construit en 1924, l'un des premiers en béton armé dans toute la France.

Diros Caverns (Vlihada).
Diros Cave is the most beautiful lake in the cave.
Vlichada, thanks to colorful and luxurious, is one of the most beautiful and spectacular caves in the world. Stands in one place with caves Pantirak in southern France and Zaita in Beirut.
The first part of the cave was discovered in 1898.
But the real research began only in 1949.
Currently investigated about 14 kilometers of caves.
The depth of the underground lake sometimes deep enough
and reach to 71 meters (approx. 233 ft), and there regularly find bones of any animal, such as panthers, hyenas, lions, deer, and hippos.
The main feature is the large and colourful stalactites, which start from the bottom of the cave, and stalagmites, which looks like a forms of animals or humans.
The boat tour lasts 30 minutes and includes a journey of 1,300 meters of underground lake. In addition to the water side tour, the excursion includes also the 300-meter walking tour.
