Ferris Provincial Park~ Campbellford, Ontario, Canada
Short Montage of some pictures we took on a camping trip at Ferris provincial park in Campbellford, Ontario in 2015! Enjoy! Hope you go outside and enjoy the outdoors! The park was small and didn't have much to do but the Ranney Gorge suspension bridge was beautiful. A quick outdoor getaway!
Ferris offers car camping on over 150 sites in two campground loops (Valleyview and Bedrock). These sites can accommodate equipment ranging from tents only to large trailers. Valleyview Loop is set atop a forested drumlin, with some campsites providing a view across the Trent River Valley. The Bedrock Loop has some electrical campsites and is just a short walk to the playground and day-use picnic areas.

Welcome to our channel! Our videos document the adventures we've had, people we have met and places we have visited aboard the P/V Joan Lynn; our 28' sport cruiser. We cruise the Lake Ontario, Thousand Islands region, lakes and waterways of New York and Canada, visiting new locations and re-visiting those we have already been and our goal, integrating our love of amateur video producing, is to share our experiences with family, friends, and anyone else interested in sharing our boating experiences!
Exploring Abandoned: Acme Motel
This motel is next door to a prison, but it was anything but safe. On August 6th, 2014, the city notified the owners that the motel would close by the following Friday (August 8th, 2014). The reason? Officials found exposed wiring, evidence of raw sewage, absent and non-working smoke alarms, mold, insect infestation, sagging rooms and plumbing and mechanical issues during the inspection. Add to the fact that drug dealings are frequent here, bed bugs are common and cockroaches are also common, the city quickly shut it down. A little over 2 years later and it looks like the owners put the motel up for sale.
