Chadstone Shopping Centre is a super regional shopping centre located in the south-eastern suburb of Malvern East, Victoria in the city of Melbourne, Australia and is the biggest shopping centre in Australia and is the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. The centre opened on 3 October 1960 and was the first self-contained regional shopping centre in Melbourne. The Dandenong Ranges are a set of low mountain ranges, rising to 633 metres at Mount Dandenong, approximately 35 km east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The ranges consist mostly of rolling hills, steeply weathered valleys and gullies covered in thick temperate rainforest, predominantly of tall Mountain Ash trees and dense ferny undergrowth. After European settlement in the region, the range was used as a major source of timber for Melbourne. The ranges were popular with day-trippers from the 1870s onwards. Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park is a 25-acre biopark within the Pearcedale Conservation Park located at Pearcedale on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne, Australia. It aims to display the fauna that was found in the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port Biosphere Reserve prior to European settlement as well as working towards the recovery of threatened Australian fauna. The park is open all year except on Christmas Day. The sanctuary, as part of Pearcedale Conservation Park, is an institutional member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association . It is ECO Certified at the Ecotourism level by Ecotourism Australia.

PARIS IN MELBOURNE - COLLINS STREET | Luxury Stores In Melbourne, Australia

Collins Street is known as the Paris End of Melbourne, Australia, due to the luxury stores and historical buildings.

Collins Streets is one of the main streets in Melbourne's CBD, it's line with trees, heritage buildings, and high-end shops.

It is the first street in Melbourne to have sidewalk cafes, according to Wikipedia.

Collins Street is also home to the Athenaeum Theatre, the Regent Theatre and Collins Place.

If you're looking to see some old heritage buildings or looking to do some luxury shopping, then this place is for you.

For the rest of us who can't afford to shop in these stores can go there to window shop ;)

Shopping in Sydney offers a broad range of choices when it comes to spending or splurging.
Key areas:

The fashion epicentre of the city is undoubtedly between Oxford Street and Glenmore Road, in Paddington. Here boutiques from some of Australian's top designers jostle for space with vintage stores and achingly hip pavement cafes. Further along Oxford Street in Bondi Junction lies the enormous Westfield shopping mall. Darling Harbour, Chinatown and The Rocks historic district are teeming with souvenir and craft shops.
Markets:

There are weekend markets at Balmain (Saturday), Paddington (Saturday), Glebe (Saturday), Bondi Beach (Sunday), and The Rocks (Sunday) but perhaps the one with the strongest local flavour is the Sydney Fish Market in Pyrmont.
Shopping centres:

The city's flagship department stores are David Jones (Castlereagh Street), and Myer (George Street). There are shopping malls galore with the palatial Queen Victoria Building (also known as QVB) being the most popular.
Opening hours:

Shop opening hours are generally Monday to Saturday 0900-1800, with late-night shopping until 2100 on Thursday.
Tax information:

There is a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), which is included on the price tags. There are several duty-free shops in the city centre, as well as at the airport.
