There are many things to do in the Capital of the Highlands Inverness is a place where you will be sure to immerse in the Celtic culture. Be sure to visit Uquhart Castle and the famous Culloden Battlefield where thousands of men perished in the 1700s during the Jacobite Uprising against the British.
We toured the North Coast 500 and our road trip started in Inverness. The kick off point for Scotlands famous driving route.
