The most famous flower fields are located behind the dunes of the North Sea, between the cities of Leiden and Den Helder. Other flower fields, located near Enkhuizen (Bovenkarspel, Andijk) and in the province of Flevoland (Noordoost Polder, Oostelijk Flevoland).
