Fuglebjerg, with a population of 2,181 , is a town in Næstved municipality on Zealand in Region Sjælland in Denmark. Until 1 January 2007, Fuglebjerg was also a municipality in Vestsjælland County on the west the island of Zealand in south Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 141 km², and had a total population of 6,582 . Its last mayor was Henrik Willadsen, a member of the Venstre political party. Fuglebjerg municipality ceased to exist as the result of Kommunalreformen . It was merged with existing Fladså, Næstved, Holmegaard, and Suså municipalities to form the new Næstved municipality.
