They include our flight from Birmingham, Alabama, a stop in Los Angeles, and our flight on Virgin Australia to Sydney, New South Wales. They include Sydney Harbor, the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Aquarium, the Sydney metro, the Sydney ferry system, Luna Park, Travelodge Sydney, a train ride to the Blue Mountains, Katoomba, The Three Sisters, Scenic World, Manly, snorkeling with EcoTreasures, the ANZAC Memorial, Hyde Park, Bill's (restaurant), Paddy's Market, Chinatown, and Bondi Beach. Then there is our flight to Cairns, Queensland, a Great Barrier Reef snorkeling tour on the Reef Magic Cruises catamaran, Palm Cove, the Cairns Esplanade, the Mantra Esplanade hotel, a train ride on the Kuranda Scenic Railway, the Kuranda Butterfly Sanctuary, Rainforeststation Park, koala, kangaroo, crocodile, and SkyRail. And finally our flight back via Los Angeles and Memphis. Whew! Skipdidit.com 2012.

A Day at Ipswich’s Queen Park

Queen Park is the oldest park in the state, stretching across 24 hectares and is only a 10 minute walk from Ipswich’s city centre. The park is home to many of Australia’s native wildlife and farm animals, with the nature centre being a family favourite for the past 80 years. Generations of locals have come to enjoy Queens Park, however with the recent Robelle domain being implemented new family traditions can be made. The expansion includes a huge water park, sound and light shows and markets great for the entire family.
