According to the Post Office the majority of the population at the 2011 Census was included in the civil parish of Wargrave. The settlement lies near to the A4 road, and is located approximately 7 miles north-east of Reading. It is close to Twyford, and also lies approximately 6 miles west of Maidenhead.
