Irrational Fears of RV Canadian Boon Docking
Today I come to you from the hinterland of Canada from Otter Lake, 120 km west of Penticton, British Columbia, Canada.
Often I encounter some apprehension and irrational fear of boon docking here in western Canada. The fear is often of the unknown: being away from the familiar, away from cell phone service; camping in the middle of the wilderness; animals (bears) and being in a foreign country for my American friends.
Rest assured, the fears are over stated. Your biggest danger in Canada is a traffic accident. And that can happen just as easily in Los Angeles or Chicago than it can here in Canada.
