Hedeland

Hedehusene is a suburban town located on the rail line between Copenhagen and Roskilde in the Capital Region of Denmark. It has absorbed the villages of Baldersbrønde and Fløng and almost merged with Roskilde's eastern Trekroner neighbourhood to the west and Taastrup to the east. To the south is the large recreational area Hedeland. As of 1 January 2015, the town had a population of 11,720. A large development project, NærHeden, created as a collaboration between Høje-Taastrup Municipality and Realdania, will expand the town to the southeast with a new sustainable neighbourhood.

Roskilde is governed by the administrative council of Roskilde Municipality. Roskilde has a long history, dating from the pre-Christian Viking Age. Its UNESCO-listed Gothic cathedral, now housing 39 tombs of the Danish monarchs, was completed in 1275, becoming a focus of religious influence until the Reformation. Ever thought of skiing for your summer vacation? Sure, it's easy if you just head to destinations like Chile or New Zealand. But if you prefer to remain a little closer to home, you'll be surprised which U.S. mountains have stayed open well into June and July.

WHEN SKIING CHANGES YOU LIFE!!!!
After 19 years i got my dad back to skiing and this completely changed his life. We now have a commen intrest, that brings us more togeather.
After been of the skis for 19 years, my dad needed a bit of instruction and with my help he immediately picked up the new teknik that makes carving skis a blast to ski on.
Now I have a hard time getting him of.
He is 68 years old, and this shows that even it you are over 60, it is no problem skiing.
So pick up those skis and get out there and have fun.
