Want to conquer the bungy jumps in the land where they all began? All over New Zealand you can jump from bridges, climbs, rail viaducts, specially made platforms perched on the edge of cliffs, and stadium roofs.
Ever since the day AJ Hackett and Henry van Asch set up New Zealand's first commercial bungy operation in 1980's, it's like a rite of passage for everybody to go bungy jumping while they're in New Zealand. It's a must to take that heart-stopping leap of faith, especially if you're a adrenaline junkie like me.
To help you get the most out of your bungy jumps in New Zealand, I’ve put together a guide of top seven places to bungy jump in New Zealand for y'all!
None of this would have been possible if it weren't for all of the companies who were involved in this for their wonderful support. — AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand Shotover Canyon Swing Agroventures Adventure Park
This wouldn't have been possible without Ezi Car Rental's sponsorship for my mode of transportation in New Zealand.

My Zealandia Experience
Located about 10 minutes outside of Wellington's city centre is Zealandia. It's one of the major tourist attractions in Wellington. I wanted to check it out. Though I was seriously nervous since I'm afraid of birds... This is how it went down.

You don’t have to travel far from the city centre to experience great things in Wellington. One example is the 110-year-old cable car, which takes you from the heart of the city to the top of the entrance of the Botanical Garden and the perfect viewing platform of the city.
Tāwharanui Regional Park - TOP 3 THINGS - Day Trip from Auckland, New Zealand
This regional park is one of north Auckland's best-kept secrets. If a swell is running from the north or east, come ready to play in the surf.

The road to Tawharanui heads east from the riverside town of Warkworth off State Highway 1. You'll soon pass through the rural area of Matakana, with its well-known craft studios, cafes and vineyards. The road continues through farmland and ends with a winding gravel section.
Once a large private farm, the Tawharanui Regional Park covers the end of a peninsula that extends into the Pacific Ocean just north of Kawau Island. The long, sandy beach on the northern side is considered to be one of the best swimming and surfing venues in the Auckland region. There are grassed areas above the beach furnished with shady pohutukawa trees - a picnic paradise.
An ecology trail starts at the far end of the beach, beyond a protected breeding area of very rare New Zealand dotterel birds. The trail passes along a rounded-stone beach before climbing up across farmland to a valley of beautiful native forest. Points of interest are marked along the way and copies of the trail guide are available from the hut at Anchor Bay. There are several longer walking trails in the area, including one to panoramic views from high on the end of the peninsula.
Tawharanui Regional Park is about 80 minutes drive north of Auckland. There is a tent camping site and bookings must be made by contacting the Auckland Regional Council. This popular site is booked well in advance for the summer holiday months.
