1. This story is fucking disgusting. So, this guy apartment’s bell rings. His daughter went to answer. And it was some drug addict and extortionist, and he grabbed his daughter and tried to pull her out of the apartment. So he ran there and apparently beat him to death. But, instead of giving him a medal, he was trialed, and sentenced to 7 years of, so called, colony of strict regime. Meaning that it has more security measures than usual, and more strict rules etc. They justified it as this: The fatal strike was the kick in the liver of the attacker, and it was performed after he already pushed him out of the apartment and allegedly closed the door. If you want, you can sign a petition for his release. I have.
2. They need to release weapons into the population in general ASAP! With today’s situation of constant terrorist threat. But these idiots will probably never go for it.

1. So, here is the deal. A few days ago, a matter arose about renaming Voikovskaya station of Moscow subway. Because allegedly this guy Voikov was one of those who killed Tsar Nikolai 2-nd. So they put it on the internet voting. And, the result was negative to rename it. So, they unfolded this campaign, showing documentaries and news reports about how he was killing Tsar and such. It seems it worked and they got positive result. Idk personally, I didn’t followed this story, cuz idc. Although I voted the 2-nd time as soon as it came up, cuz of so much turmoil around this thing. There were 4 options: Yes, no, don’t know, and experts should decide this. I voted for the experts, but negative was leading at that moment.
2. Metrostroyevskaya… Just rolls off the tongue, isn’t it?
3. OK, this is over exaggeration. There were more to it, but w/e. And definitely more that 1 drop of blood was spilled. That’s not the point right now.
4. The movie he’s referring to is where the famous scene of Winter Palace assault, where workers with rifles ran to the gates, climb over them, and eventually opening it and going inside. Zhirinovsky says what he says, because it is the only known depicted material of that event. So it is usually used as a point of reference. If you want, see it for yourself:

Russian politician Zhirinovsky rages at ''United Russia'' (English subs)

This speech is after elections, that was largely falsified, especially in Rostov region. Zhirinovsky gets really angry and tell ''United Russia'' (or like some people call it ''Party of fraudsters and thieves''), everything he thinks about them. Watch out, it can be quite loud sometimes.

1. Kuschevskaya aka Kushchevskaya massacre - in some small town, some criminal group took over, and kept in fear the whole population (if this is that case I remember). So they were doing anything they wanted in that town, literally anything. One day, they murdered some crazy amount of people, and finally got attention of the FSB, so they went in and arrested them all. I’ll leave you links, if you want to find out more about what it was.
