Jiamusi, located in the core of Northeast Asia and in the hinterland of Sanjiang Plain, is the most complete region of the original ecological environment and biodiversity conservation. It has a long history of folk culture tourism, rich resources, advantages of Sino-Russian cross-border trade and tourism resources, special modern agricultural tourism, and splendid snow and ice tourism. Daliangzi River National Forest Park in Tangyuan County is National Biodiversity Protection and collection of gene library; hezhe nationality tour resort is the first national demonstration sites in rural tourism; Heiyupao National Wetland Park in Fujin City is one of the top ten most beautiful wetlands. Sanjiangkou scenic spot in Tongjiang City is famous for being the birthland of rivers, roads, and sea.
With good ecological environment, Jiamusi won the title of China's best eco-friendly city, the top ten largest new Tianfu (nature's storehouse), National Garden City, and National Forest City. This year, Jiamusi was listed in the most beautiful city in China because of its Sino-Russian atmosphere.
