Santander - Spain
See the best accommodations The port city of Santander is the capital of the autonomous community and historical region of Cantabria situated on the north coast of Spain. Located east of Gijón and west of Bilbao, the city has a population of 178,465 (2013).
The municipality of Santander has included, since 2009, the city of Santander and urban areas of Cueto, Monte, Peñacastillo, and San Román, places that were once villages but are increasingly being assimilated into the city centre. Santander and these towns have several neighbourhoods that are not ordered administratively or have specific limits but some of them do have a certain personality that differentiates them from other areas of the city. Currently the city of Santander is working to adapt the municipality to the law of large cities and thus decentralise power in several districts.

They are all towns so sleeping there wouldnt be so exciting, better to sleep in Madrid. Here are lots of tips on restaurants, sights, nightlife and activities. I am sure you will enjoy it. ST Augustine Sister Cities, Aviles Trip 2012
This is a compilation of videos taken during the 2012 ST Augustine Sister Cities Association trip to Aviles Spain. The people of Aviles and Asturias Spain are incredible, the country itself lives up to the name natural paradise.
In the video you will see Mayor of Aviles Pilar Varela and her city counsel meeting with the Sister Cities deligation at the Aviles City Hall/Ayuntamiento. Visits to the Luanco Maritime Museum, Covadonga, Picos de Europa, Canga de Nois, Cudillero, Lastres, and many other great places.

Ribadesella es un pueblo turístico de la comunidad autónoma del Principado de Asturias. Cuenta con una población de 6.250 habitantes.
A parte de poder admirar su bellísimo paisaje, también se puede participar en numerosas actividades y deportes de aventura, como piragüismo, espeleología o escalada. El primer sábado de agosto después del día 2 se celebra el famoso Descenso Internacional del Sella, donde acuden deportistas de todo el mundo y se celebra una gran fiesta local.
