01. Atlantis Paradise Island
An ocean-themed resort on Paradise Island, Atlantis features a variety of accommodations built around Aquaventure, a 141-acre waterscape, which includes fresh and saltwater lagoons, pools, marine habitats, as well as thrilling water slides and river rides for guests of all ages.
02. Paradise Island
An island in the Bahamas formerly known as Hog Island. Connected to the island of New Providence by two bridges that cross Nassau Harbour. The first was built in 1966 by Resorts International, and the second in the late 1990s. Best known for the sprawling resort Atlantis with its extensive water park rides, pools, beach, restaurants, walk-in aquarium and casinos.
03. Blue Lagoon Island
A private island located 5 km (three miles) from Nassau. Prior to the late 19th century the island's lagoon was a salt marsh and was referred to legally as Salt Cay. In 1993, Dolphin Encounters, a marine mammal facility, began educational and commercial programs on Blue Lagoon Island.
04. Ardastra Gardens
Zoo and Conservation Centre in Nassau, The Bahamas opened in 1937 though the work of the Jamaican horticulturist, Hedley Vivian Edwards. From the Latin Ardua astrum, Ardastra means Striving for the stars.
05. Fort Fincastle
A fort located in the city of Nassau on the island of New Providence in The Bahamas. Was built in 1793 by Lord Dunmore. This fort shaped like a paddle-steamer, Lord Dunmore called Fort Fincastle, after his second title, Viscount Fincastle.
06. Junkanoo
A street parade with music, dance, and costumes in many towns across the Bahamas every Boxing Day (26 December), New Year's Day. Dances are choreographed to the beat of goatskin drums and cowbells. The largest Junkanoo parade happens in New Providence, the capital.

An interactive museum exploring the Golden Age of Piracy.
08. Fort Charlotte
A British-colonial era fort built on a hill over-looking the harbor of Nassau. The fort sits a short walk west of downtown Nassau and the cruise ship terminal. The fort was constructed in the late 18th century by British colonial governor Lord Dunmore after the end of the American Revolutionary war. The fort has never been used in battle.
09. Government House
The official residence of the Governor General of the Bahamas. Built on a hill known as Mount Fitzwilliam and completed in 1806, this imposing stuccoed-coral-rock building on Duke Street is the Bahamian archipelago's foremost example of Georgian Colonial architecture.
10. Fort Montagu
A small fort of four cannon on the eastern shore of New Providence Island. Peter Henry Bruce oversaw the construction of the fort that began in 1741 to defend the British possession from Spanish invaders. The fort played an important role during the American War of Independence, as it was the United States Marine Corps' first successful Amphibious assault by Esek Hopkins.

The Waterslide at Shroud Cay, Exuma Bahamas
An uninhabited island in the Exumas, Bahamas. Only accessible by boat. If you anchor on the lee side of Shroud Cay and then dinghy through the mangrove lined river to the ocean side. You will find the waterslide, named for it's tidal currents that provide a waterslide like ride through the cut. Video taken with a dji Phantom 4, with a 4k camera, only set to 1080p.
