BEST PLACES TO VISIT IN ITALY is a project for italian tourism promotion. In this video you will discover Cattolica, a little town in the province of Rimini on the Adriatic Coast of Romagna.
In this project we used the formula of time-lapse: a sequence of images taken consecutively at different times, showing what you normally can't see, giving to the viewer a magical atmosphere made of places and people almost surreal.
The subject of this video is Cattolica's seafront, filmed from the harbor area. The charm of this place is the immensity of the view: you can see the glimpse of Mount San Bartolo and the northern tip of Romagna bay represented by Cesenatico. To dream face to face, i need a blue sky.
BEST PLACES TO VISIT IN ITALY è un progetto per la promozione turistica italiana. In questo video scopriremo Cattolica, cittadina in provincia di Rimini della riviera romagnola.
In questo progetto abbiamo adottato la formula del time lapse: una sequenza di immagini realizzate consecutivamente in diverse ore che mostrano quello che normalmente non possiamo vedere, donando allo spettatore un' atmosfera magica e quasi surreale dei luoghi e delle persone.
Il soggetto di questo video è il lungomare di Cattolica, ripreso dalla zona del porto. La suggestione di questo luogo è l'immensità del panorama: si può ammirare lo scorcio del monte San Bartolo e la punta nord della baia romagnola rappresentata da Cesenatico. Per poter sognare a tu per tu, mi ci vuole il cielo blu.

Bacoli is a comune in the Metropolitan City of Naples in the Italian region Campania, located about 15 kilometres west of Naples. Bacoli borders the municipalities of Monte di Procida and Pozzuoli.
Its territory, of volcanic origin, is part of the Phlegraean Fields. The volcano of Cape Miseno and the Miseno port date from c. 35,000-10,500 years ago.
The frazione of Cuma - Fusaro includes the site of Cumae, the first settlement in Italy by the ancient Greeks. The archaeologial remains of Baiae are also located in the comune. The frazione of Miliscola (from the Latin militum schola) was, in the Roman Empire, the seat of a military school. Whoever is fond of sea, myth, history and nature will find Bacoli a great destination.
The current city is fruit of the urban redevelopment that happened during second half of the XX century and, if you come and visit this lovely place, you will understand why stunning villas rich in marble and beautiful mosaics were built here. A unique experience accompanied with the intense scent of sea, tasty local dishes and authentic flavours. A real emotion that becomes pleasure, tradition and beauty. Following the collapse of the Roman Empire, Bacoli declined, too due to some geological phenomena such as bradyseism and erosions. The city revived throughout the centuries and little by little became a renowned tourist destination.
