Maut Ka Kuan or well of death in Pushkar
Dangerous car and bike stunt in the well of death at cattle fair in Pushkar, Rajasthan. The car driver opens the door while driving car in this well of death.
The Wall of Death, motordrome, silodrome or Well of Death (aka Maut ka Kuaa, India) is a carnival sideshow featuring a silo- or barrel-shaped wooden cylinder, typically ranging from 20 to 36 feet (6.1 to 11.0 m) in diameter and made of wooden planks, inside which motorcyclists, or the drivers of miniature automobiles, travel along the vertical wall and perform stunts, held in place by friction and centrifugal force.
In India, the show is known as the Well of Death and can be seen in the various melas (fairs) held across the country. Apart from motorcycles, the act may also feature other vehicles such as automobiles, as performed regularly in Adilabad in India since 2005.
The show involves a temporary cylindrical structure about 25 feet high and 30 feet in diameter, or wider when cars are to be involved, built of hardwood planks. The audience stands upon the platform built around the circumference of the structure and gaze down into the well where the motorcyclists or cars drive.

Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India: The Famous Mirchi Vada at Shahi Samosa Shop | FOOD
You go to Jodhpur to savour the famed mirchi vada. It does not get better than this. And in between mouthfuls, treat yourself to all else that is wonderful in this city.
The yummiest stuff is prepared in kiosks in the main bazaars around the Clock Tower. The star outlet is 'Shahi Samosa' which offers samosas, bread pakoras, badi pyaza ki kachori, mogar ki kachori and mirchi vadas hot and deep-fried in oversized woks. The proprietor Anand Prakash Arora claims credit for the recipe behind the famous mirchi vadas -- the secret behind their unique flavour lies in the giant green chillies sourced from nearby farms.
If the spices get too hot for you, head to Shri Mishrilal Hotel nearby for some sweet jalebis or rabri. Or to gulp down a glass of their makhania lassi (buttermilk). They also serve many other sweets and savories. All these shops have queues waiting even before they pull up their shutters at opening time. There is no dearth of food in Jodhpur -- keep walking, and surprises await at every corner. Ignore the unfortunate filth and stray dogs. And the likelihood of falling ill is highly unlikely as the food is always fresh since it gets consumed -- or more appropriately, devoured -- daily!

Naga men emulate frog jumping in India
Hunting of frogs demonstrated by Phom Naga men at Hornbill Festival, Kisama Heritage Village in Nagaland.
Frog hunting or frog catching games has evolved as a traditional practise specially among the Phom menfolks both young and old. It plays a significant role in Phom Naga tribe. Frog hunting allows the warrior to show off their fighting skills.
Phom is one of the major tribes inhabiting Longleng district of Nagaland. With beating of log drums, Monyu is a new year festival with a difference. It provides an opportunity for the male members of a family to shower love on their married daughters and sisters by gifting the best rice beer and specially prepared food. Amid the customary feasting and merry making, the festival is a time for the community to plan the general welfare and agricultural activities for the year ahead.
Nagaland, 'The Land of Festivals' and the warm Naga people, lies in the North Eastern part of India. Historically, the Nagas are known as headhunters and have always been brave warriors.
Sometimes Nagaland is also referred to as The Switzerland of the East. The region is primarily hilly and has a pleasant climate all through the year. It is perhaps the best place for the adventurous at heart and makes an ideal place for trekking and camping.
Also known as Paradise on earth The Dzukou Valley is the most famed valley of Nagaland and the natural beauty of the area is absolutely captivating.
Another attraction for tourists is the Kohima War Cemetery. The cemetery is a tribute to the soldiers who laid down their lives pushing back the Japanese army during the Second World War. The bodies of around 1,100 British and 330 Indian soldiers are buried here.
One of the biggest cathedrals of North East India is located at Aradura Hill in Kohima. Its magnificent architecture makes it an important landmark of Kohima.
The Hornbill Festival is named after the Hornbill, a large, magnificent forest bird.
Held every year at the Naga Heritage Village in Kisama about 12 kms from Kohima, the festival is held over a period of 10 days annually. The entire Heritage Village was built for the sole purpose of hosting this festival and the16 tribes of Nagaland each have their own representative hut in the village. Organized by the Govt. of Nagaland, the festival showcases the entire spectrum of the rich culture of the various Naga tribes.
The Hornbill festival was created to bring together the various tribes of the State to display their culture and tradition in the form of dances, songs, sports, foods and many other colourful events. People from within India as well as foreign visitors experience and witness the colourful festival with great enthusiasm.
Delicious, mouth-watering and typically Naga food from the different tribes is served in various huts or morungs. Each Morung also has its own restaurant, which serves their specific tribal delicacy. Rice beer is always in great demand and tourists don't mind standing in long serpentine queues for a taste of the same.
