Momase Besta Football Association Plans to Bring Game to Rural Areas
Momase Besta FA Cup coordinator Shem Farrock said the association intends to bring the game to the rural areas of Morobe province.

Nineteen year old Monako John, who comes from a mixed parentage of Kerema, Central and Germany, was selected by Athletics PNG during the Highlands Momase athletics championships to represent PNG at the IAAF World U20 athletics championships in Finland.
Athletics PNG President Tony Green says despite his poor performance at the national and the PNG Games, John worked hard to get to where he is today.
John was selected based on his performance during the competition, racing the 100m in a time of 11:20 to 11:22.
