Beautiful Drives: Ingleton to Hawes - North Yorkshire Dales
In this part of the world, Buttertubs Pass often gets the plaudits for the road to drive. To get there though, you can travel along the B6225 from Ingleton to Hawes. This route is very beautiful in it's own right, even on a grey cloudy day like today - 12 May 2017.
Springtime Snow At The Snowdon Mountain Railway
My Video features the unique scenes on The Snowdon Mountain Railway yesterday after heavy springtime snowfall had caused the initial closure of the line.
The Railway`s staff have worked hard to cut through the huge snowdrifts and get the line operational again leaving deep snow lined corridors for the trains to pass through and creating spectacular scenes rare to Springtime in the UK.

Yorkshire: Wayfarers Walks & Talks No 7
Yorkshire is described as England's Green and Pleasant Land, with good reason. It's a fascinating and beautiful county. Walk with The Wayfarers, and you will experience Yorkshire with our walk leader Alan Pinkney, who grew up here. In fact, the walk passes a few hundred yards from his front door!
We walk in a land that time has passed by, with intricate networks of drystone walls creating a patchwork of enclosures across the valleys, and stone field barns in old-fashioned hay meadows.
Sights to take in during the walk include Bolton Abbey, Middleham Castle and the famous Aysgarth Falls, painted by the English landscape paint J.M.W. Turner.
