Noormarkku is a former municipality of Finland. It is located in the province of Western Finland and was part of the Satakunta region. The municipality had a population of 6,158 and covered an area of 332.06 square kilometres of which 15.2 km2 is water. The population density was 19.43 inhabitants per square kilometre . Noormarkku is the birthplace of the Ahlstrom Corporation. Antti Ahlström invested in the entire development of Noormarkku, setting up one of Finland's first Finnish language schools and building a road network. The municipality was unilingually Finnish. 1. Villa Mairea Noormarkku
Villa Mairea is a villa, guest-house, and rural retreat designed and built by the Finnish modernist architect Alvar Aalto for Harry and Maire Gullichsen in Noormarkku, Finland. The building was constructed in 1938–1939. The Gullichsens were a wealthy couple and members of the Ahlström family. They told Aalto that he should regard it as 'an experimental house'. Aalto seems to have treated the house as an opportunity to bring together all the themes that had been preoccupying him in his work to that point but had not been able to include them in actual buildings. Today, Villa Mairea is considered one of the most important buildings Aalto designed in his career.

Old Rauma is the wooden city centre of the town of Rauma, Finland. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area of Old Rauma is about 0.3 km², with approximately six hundred buildings and about 800 people living in the area. The town of Rauma expanded outside the Old Rauma proper only in the early 19th century. The oldest buildings date from the 18th century, as two fires of 1640 and 1682 destroyed the town. Most buildings are currently inhabited and owned by private individuals, although along the two main streets and around the town square they are mainly outside in business use. The Central Pori Church is a church in Gothic Revival style in the centre of the city of Pori, Western Finland. It is the largest church in region of Satakunta, and one of the largest in Finland. The church is also the main church of Pori. The church was built in between 1859 and 1863, when it was inaugurated. It is known for its unique church tower, which is made of cast iron. The tower is 72 metres tall. The church was designed by C. T. von Chiewitz and C.J. von Heideken. Glass paintings in the church are made by Magnus Enckell. Today the Central Pori Church is famous of its pipe organ, built by Paschen Kiel Orgelbau in 2007. The church is also the main concert venue of the annual Pori Organ festival.

Cosas que puedes hacer durante el invierno finlandés. Las experiencias que verás en este video incluyeron una visita a Kajaani para continuar luego hacia Kuhmo e iniciar una visita a la salvaje Taiga
Allí estuvimos en las instalaciones del Hotel Kalevala con algunas lecciones de cross country skí. En Suomunsaalmi fuimos introducidos al nuevo parque nacional Hossa y nos quedamos en Jatkinsalmi log cabin. La comida local fue deliciosa e hicimos snowshoeing y fat biking en la nieva para luego proseguir a caminar sobre el lago congelado.
Al regreso la visita al Hossa reindeer park sirvió para conocer de cerca a los renos de la región.
