Jelajah Maroko (Oukaimeden) AMAZING TRIP IN MOROCCO
Jelajah Maroko (Oukaimeden) AMAZING TRIP IN MOROCCO
Ski Resort of Oukaïmeden Marrakesh
From the top of the ski lift of Oukaïmeden, at 3273 metres above sea level, it's hard to believe that you are in subtropical Africa. Oukaïmeden is a collectors resort, but the high altitude means that snow is pretty reliable from January until late March or April . Oukaïmeden is usually visited as a day-trip from Marrakech .
The snow falls in the mountains just south of Marrakech every winter. And it stays. Wealthy people from all over southern Morocco, have since long learned how to enjoy skiing in their own country, and has given the ski resort Oukaïmeden a distinct Moroccan touch, too.
Ski et visites en montagne, Stations de ski et de snowboard, Stations de ski de fond, Activités de plein air, Nature et parcs
Depart the hotel at 7 am for the 2-hour journey by private vehicle along mountain roads to the trailhead at Oukaimeden, which is also the highest ski resort in North Africa. Once on our skis the route takes us over Tizi'n Eddi (2928m) followed by a descent into the Tachddirt valley and the villages of Tameguist and Tachddirt (2250m). Stay overnight in the village. le Maroc que j'aime Marrakech oukaimden
Welcome to Morocco anytime
If you want to see a different side of Morocco, drive up into the Atlas Mountains and visit Oukaimeden. The trip is an adventure with spectacular views and wonderful scenery. If you are looking for people and any kind of luxury, don’t go. This is more of an African mountain experience. Beautiful nature!!
