First time to actually see someone open a sea urchin, there are just tiny bits of yellow edible body inside and these wild urchins were about 10-15 years old so it takes a huge amount of time for them to grow. I would say it is a pity to bother killing them at all even if I like very much the taste. I will never have one killed for me again!
