THE BEST CAFE IN NEW ZEALAND IS VEGAN!
When I first learned of Portershed I was so happy to hear that there’s more Vegan options in Christchurch.
There’s some great options in Christchurch to eat out, but it still is room for improvement, it can be a mission in itself, so I was glad that this place came with rave reviews from my non vegan wife (mainly because it’s not very far from where she works and she’s sometimes too lazy to take a packed lunch to work!)
I was seriously blown away by place, not only is it super popular (and you can see why, because it’s won some major awards!) but just the decor, it’s quirky, functional and very cool!
Service was 10/10 I got my food and drinks in record time and also the staff were super friendly. I definitely will be back next visit - I wished I bought more vegan treats to try but I was so full after that chimichanga!
These vlogs coming out aren’t my best work - I know. A lot of distractions with family not wanting to be on camera as well as needing to get into the routine like I did in Japan. I will endeavour to make it better once I’ve finished my Christchurch series.
