Tokaj
The wine-growing area was first mentioned by the name Tokaj in 1067. The town itself was first mentioned in documents in 1353. Its first castle was a motte, which was destroyed during the Mongol invasion of Hungary. By the 14th century the town already had a stone castle, belonging to the Diósgyőr estate.
After 1450 Tokaj was the property of the Hunyadi family, so after Matthias Hunyadi became king, the town became royal estate. In 1705 Francis II Rákóczi ordered the castle to be destroyed.
After the Austro-Hungarian Compromise of 1867 the town prospered, but when the world wars came, it suffered a lot, lost its importance and its town status. Even its role in wine trade was taken over by Sátoraljaújhely.
Tokaj was granted town status again in 1986 and it started to prosper again. Now the town is a popular tourist attraction.

Lake Velence - HUNGARY 4K
Lake Velence is a large body of water in Hungary, southwest of Budapest. It's known for its beaches on the southern shore, especially around Gárdony. The warm lake waters are home to carp, pike and eels. Near the lake’s western shore, the Lake Velence Bird Sanctuary and the Dinnyés Marshes Nature Reserve protect many domestic and migratory birds. These can also be viewed from the István Chernel Birdwatching Tower.
Castle of Füzér - Hungary - 4K
Füzér, lying in an astounding natural setting, is one of the few castles in Hungary which in all probability was already standing prior to the Mongol invasion of 1241-42. The Füzér castle is one of the most romantic ones in the southern ranges of the Eperjes-Tokaj Mountains, the Hungarian part of which is commonly known as Zemplén Mountains. The hard-to-access rock pinnacle was the site of a castle as early as the age of the Árpáds, first time mentioned in a document dated in 1264.

Eger (Heves megye székhelye, Észak-Magyarország második legnépesebb, és egyik legszebb történelmi városa. Jelentős oktatási és kulturális központ számos világhírű múzeummal és műemlékkel, melyek közül kiemelkedő az egri vár. Az egri borvidék központjaként a legjelentősebb magyar bortermelők közé tartozik. Az egri bikavér külföldi piacokon is ismert.
A környéken a kőkorszak óta laknak emberek.
Szent István az 1009 előtt szervezett tíz püspökség egyikének székhelyévé tette. Az első, mára elpusztult székesegyház a Várhegyen állt, körülötte alakult ki a város történelmi magja. A 11. századból egy kör alakú templom és egy kisebb palota maradványait is feltárták. A Bükk és a Mátra között északnak vezető út mentén épített püspöki székhely gyorsan jelentős központtá fejlődött, majd 1241-ben, amikor II. Kilit volt a püspök, a tatárok feldúlták és felégették a várost.
A város 91 éven át, 1687-ig volt az Oszmán Birodalom része, mint egy több szandzsákot magába foglaló vilajet székhelye. Ennek leglátványosabb emléke az egykori oszmán világbirodalomban legészakibb, még álló minaretje. A Várhegy tövében, a vár bejáratától nem messze egy törökfürdő maradványait tárták fel.

Výlet na ktorý nikdy nezabudneme! Tajnosti do posledných chvíľ, no stalo to za to :) Mal to byť darček k narodeninám, no bolo to omnoho viac. Každý deň sa niesol v znamení plnenia želaní, od pobytu na zámku, cez raňajky do postele až po moment, o ktorom sníva každá žena. Keď to najmenej čakáš, tak to príde :) Na cely tento výlet budeme spomínať aj prostredníctvom tohto videa, ako na najkrajšie dní nášho života, našej spoločnej cesty.. Obzvlášť sa chceme poďakovať personálu Chateau GrandCastle v Liptovskom Mikuláši za pomoc pri zorganizovaní tohto prekvapenia a za príjemne strávene chvíle na zámku. Atmosféra a prostredie len podčiarkli dokonalosť nášho pobytu. Ďakujeme :)ˇ
