It’s a beautiful temple of lord Shiva...it’s one of the 12 jotirling in India....it’s one of the oldest temple...very crowded during Monday’s n mahashivratri...trimbakeshwar is near Nasik you have visit the place by taking a cab or bus... it takes around 40-50 mins to visit the place
02. Kushavarta kund
On every corner of Kushavarta Kund, one can find worth visit temples like Ganga Mandir, Jwareshwar Mahadev, and Kancheshwar. Don't forget to see the statues of 30 deities including of Dash Avatar. As per one the mythological records, all these deities were ordered by Lord Shiva to stay here during the period of Simhastha Parva so as to wipe off their sins.

Brahmagiri is considered as a huge form of Lord Shiva . To reach up the hill you need to climb 500 steps . Godavari is flowing in three directions on the mountain. The one flowing towards east is called Godavari, one flowing towards the south is called Vaitarna and the one flowing towards the west is called the west-flowing Ganga and meets Godavari near Chakra Tirth. River Ahilya meets Godavari in front of the Trimbakeshwar temple. The height of the mountain is 1800 feet.

06. Anjaneri Mountain
Anjaneri is one of the forts in the mountain range of Nasik-Trimbakeshwar. Anjaneri is located 20 km away from Nasik by Trimbak Road
To reach Anjaneri temple, you have to cross three mountains. When we crossed the fort, we crossed the first mountain and came on second. Top of the second mountain is a plain area and you need to walk around 1 KM to reach to the Indra Sarovar Lake.

very nice and amazing place to stay at trimbakeshwar....if anyone want to stay at trimbakeshwar best place to stay is Gajanan maharaj ashram....if u will stay here....u will forgot to stay other place....at very cheap

1.Shirdi Sai Temple
Shirdi is a town in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra in India. It is located 185 km east of the Arabian Sea shoreline. Shirdi was where the great saint Sai Baba lived till his samadhi in 1918. Today, it is a pilgrimage center and millions of his devotees from all over the world come each year to pay their respects.The best time of the year to visit Shirdi is January through March. April to June is summer, followed by the monsoon. Pilgrim arrival peaks between September and November when many Hindu festivals occur. Baba's death anniversary is commemorated in the month of October, the exact date depending on the Hindu calendar.
2.Samadhi Mandir
Samadhi Mandir was constructed under the patronage of a millionaire from Nagour, who was an ardent devotee of Sai Baba. The Sai devotee, Shreemant Gopalrao, wanted to enshrine an idol of Murlidhar at the temple, but Sai Baba declared himself as Murlidhar.Following this, the temple became the Samadhi Mandir of Sai Baba. Made up of white marble, the samadhi is located amidst two silver pillars embellished with decorative designs.
3.Dwarkamai Masjid
Dwarkamai Masjid served as the place where Sai Baba stayed for a period of 60 years. Near the mosque, the Shila (Stone), on which Sai Baba used to sit, is located. In the mosque, Sacred Fire (Dhuni) lit by Sai Baba, always keeps burning.During his lifetime, Sai Baba used to give its Sacred Udi (Ash) to the devotees with the belief that it will cure them of sufferings of any kind.
4. Baba Chavadi
Chavadi is situated close to Dwarkamai Mosque. During the days when Sai Baba was living in the mosque, he came to the chavadi along with his nearest followers on every alternative night to sleep. These days, the visit to chavadi on every alternative night is assisted with palki processions with huge crowd of devotees accompanying the idol of Sai Baba. Palki is decorated with beautiful flowers. Idol of Sai Baba is placed inside the palki. The procession takes place every Thursday.
5.Wet N Joy Water Park
Wet N Joy Water Park in Shirdi is one of the major water parks in India. The water park has thrill rides, mega wave pools, rain dance and lots more. Spread over 10 acres of land and owned by the Malpani group, this is a family oriented water park.
6.Shri Ganesha Temple, Shri Shani Temple and Shri Mahadeva Temple, Shirdi
Shri Ganesha Temple, Shri Shani Temple and Shri Mahadeva Temple are located in the same lane, which contains Samadhi Mandir. These temples are located in close proximity with each other and possess idols of Lord Ganesha, Shani Dev and Lord Shiva, respectively. The front of these temples has a number of shops selling flowers, offerings and memorabilia of other Lords and Sai Baba.The Shani Temple possess a small 'Dhuni' (sacred fire) and a large portrait of Sai Baba. The Mahadeva Temple contains a Nandi and a tomb of an erected tiger. This tiger is believed to have found mukti at Sai Baba's feet at Dwarkamai Mosque. Sai Baba used to visit these temples on his way to Lendi Baug.
7.Shri Khandoba Mandir
Shri Khandoba Mandir has icons of Khandoba, Banai and Mhalsai. The temple is dedicated to Khandoba, who is the presiding deity of the town. It is believed that Sai Baba came to Shirdi for a second time with a marriage party and set his foot under the banyan tree. The priest named Mhalsapati first spotted the nameless fakir and welcomed him to Shirdi by saying 'Aao Sai', which in Marathi means 'welcome Sai'.
8.Upasani Maharaj Ashram
Upasani Maharaj Ashram is the ashram of a saint of the 20th century, Upasani Maharaj, who was an ardent disciple of Sai Baba. Situated off the Shirdi-Ahmednagar State Highway, the ashram contains the samadhi of the Maharaj and one of his disciples.
9.Maruti Mandir
Maruti Mandir is located in the lane that runs between Dwarkamai Mosque and Chavadi. It is marked by a pair of trees enclosed by a circular railing. Two Hanuman images mark the entrance of the temple.
10.Gurusthan Sri Saibaba
Gurusthan is the place, where Sai Baba first appeared to the world as a 16 year old boy. It is situated under the sacred Neem Tree, which is very popular for providing shelter to Sai Baba. Renovated on 30th September, 1941, the site also contains a small shrine.

03. Ashoka Waterfall / vihigaon waterfall
Best time to visit is in Monsoon...Peaceful and Lush green Places around it. This is a beautiful place in Vihigaon near Igatpuri.
From he Mumbai Nashik highway, one needs to take the inner winding roads to reach the spot if the waterfalls. There is a further trek ahead and it's advisable not to take adults and children as the route is steep and slippery.
Once you reach the water inside,it's a lovely experience and worth all the effort taken to get here.
04. Harihar Fort
Steep and challenging... I presume it makes little difficult for starters in monsoon with slippery slope and gravel... Exciting and reward yourself with peace. If you want more adventure then trek in rainy season which doubles up the adventure. In rainy season, step become slippery which add risks in your trek and regular trekkers likes the risks.
05. alang-madan-kulang - Fort
About Alang fort:
Alang Fort (also Alangad) is a fort in Nashik district, Maharashtra, India. It is one of the three forts, the others being Madangad and Kulang, in the Kalsubai range of the Western Ghats. They are the most difficult to reach forts in Nasik District. A dense forest cover make these treks difficult. These three forts are a little neglected due to very heavy rains in the area and a difficult confusing path to the forts
About Kulang fort:
Being in the same region of the three forts its said climb to Kulag is the most difficult. On the way up climbing we come across patches of rock cut steps. It take 6 hours to reach from Kulanwadi to the fort. On the fort to see around 5 water cisterns. Form here we could also see Mahuli with the 3 pinacles. One can also stay at the caves here.
About Madan fort:
The climb preferred is usually between Madan and Alang. The time taken could around 3-4 hours to reach the step after leaving Kulung fort. Over here rock climbing would be required as the wall of the steps was destroyed during the cannon fire. Use of a fixed rope is required. There is one large cave on this fort and 2 water cistern. The top of the fort is a huge plateau. On the fort, there are two caves, a small temple and 11 water cisterns. Remnants of buildings are spread over the fort. Kalasubai, Aundh Fort, Patta and Bitangad are to the east of the fort, Harihar, Trimbakgad and Anjaneri to its north and Harishchandragad, Aajobagad, Khutta (pinnacle), Ratangad and Katrabai to its south.
06. Kalsubai Peak
Trekking Kalsubai Peak can be very tiring carry food and water for energy. A small well is there before reaching Kalsubai peak a villager has set camp there and offers Pakoda and Tea. Peak Kalsubai is a small plateau and offers a commanding view of nearby forts and Bhandardara Dam. During monsoon wind is very strong at Peak Kalsubai. You can also do a night trek in winter and enjoy the beautiful Sunrise at Kalsubai. It gets very cold atop Kalsubai before sunrise with strong wind.
07. Saptashrungi
At a distance of 26 km from Vani and 65 km from Nashik, Saptashrungi Devi Mandir is a Hindu temple situated near Nanduri village. The temple lies atop the cliff with an altitude of 1,230 m.
The temple is dedicated to Goddess Saptashrungi. The temple is known popularly as one of the 'three and half Shakti Peethas' of Maharashtra. The temple is also one among the 51 Shakti Peethas located on the Indian subcontinent and is a location where one of Sati's limbs, her right arm is reported to have fallen. It is also believed that the presiding deity of the temple is Mahishasur Mardini, who was the slayer of the demon Mahishasur. At the foot of the hill lies the head of a buffalo, made of stone, which is believed to be that of the demon.

Trimbakeshwar town is an ancient Hindu Pilgrim centre located at the source of the Godavari River. Trimbakeshwar is abode of one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. The extraordinary feature of the Jyotirlinga located here is the Linga in the temple is in the form of a three faced embodying Tridev, Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva.

River Godavari flows through Nashik and its Northern part is called as Panchavati. It is said that lord Shri Ram and Sita along with Laxman stayed at Panchavati for some time.
