Snekkersten is a former fishing village and current neighbourhood in the southern part of Helsingør, Denmark. Snekkersten station is an interchange between the Coast Line between Copenhagen and the Lille Nord railway to Hillerød. The distance from Copenhagen City Hall Square is approximately 45 km. Today, most of the inhabitants are commuters, either working in Helsingør or Copenhagen. The town is connected by a train line, Kystbanen, to Helsingør to the north, and Copenhagen and other communities in the south.

The Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is an art museum located on the shore of the Øresund Sound in Humlebæk, 35 km north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It is the most visited art museum in Denmark, and has an extensive permanent collection of modern and contemporary art, dating from World War II to the present day; in addition, it has a comprehensive programme of special exhibitions. The museum is also acknowledged as a milestone in modern Danish architecture, and is noted for its synthesis of art, architecture, and landscape. The museum occasionally also stages exhibitions of work by the great impressionists and expressionists, e.g. Claude Monet was the focus of a major exhibition in 1994. Helsingør City Street Tour

The City of Helsingors history can be traced back to 70 AD. In about the 12th century, the first settlers arrived at the narrowest point of the Sound. Prior to the Middle Ages it was a marketplace where people sold goods. In ca. 1200 its first church (St. Olai Church) was founded and still stands today on St.Olai Street, a minutes walk from the centre of town. In ca. 1601 Shakespeare wrote Hamlet with Helsingors Kronborg Castle as its setting and in 1816 Helsingor Theatre opened

The best time to visit Helsingor would be in June, July or August. Denmark has a temperate climate. This means that it never gets extremely cold or extremely hot. Denmark's coldest month is usually February, with an average temperature of 31 degrees Fahrenheit (-1 degree Celsius). The warmest month is July, with an average temperature of 62 degrees Fahrenheit (17 degrees Celsius) degrees. A breeze blows clean salt air almost every day.
