Szypliszki [ʂɨˈpliʂki] is a village in Suwałki County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the border with Lithuania. It is the seat of the gmina called Gmina Szypliszki. It lies approximately 21 kilometres north-east of Suwałki and 126 km north of the regional capital Białystok. The village has a population of 300.

The largest of Poland’s 23 National Parks, the Biebrza National Park was created on September 9, 1993. Its total area is 592.23 km2 , of which forests cover 155.47 km², fields and meadows covering 181.82 km² and marshes with an area of 254.94 km².
