With lovely leafy plazas and tree-filled avenues for you to enjoy,

Try Uruguay
Some of the highlights from our travels in Uruguay. We spent four months here and intend to be back very soon. If it's a place you'd like to know more about, hopefully these pictures will help : )
Santa Teresa National Park in Uruguay March 2016
We spent 3days in Santa Teresa national park. The park is very big and nicely presented with historical ruins(Fortaleza Santa Teresa), Zoo, green houses and lots of trees. Also this park is sitting by the beautiful Atlantic beaches, Playa Grande, Playa La moza popular to Surfers all around world. Walking and hiking around the park and swim in the ocean....It is worth to spend some time in the park.
We left Brazil and crossed Uruguay going on a nonsleep hitchhiking trip to Argentina. No money spent.

AYAMPE BEACH SUNSET
Quilico visited the beach of Ayampe in the province of Manabí, Ecuador. Tranquility is here the main feature. An environment where the green of the slope of the Cordillera Chongón-Colonche combines with the blue of the Pacific Ocean. Located south of Puerto López town, it has appropriate sceneries for water sports such as surfing which is popular in this locality. In front of its coast, is located the islet Los Ahorcados, a rock formation of volcanic origin, ideal to practice diving, bird and whale watching.
