Talegaon Dabhade is a historic city, a town with a municipal council, in Mawal Taluka, Pune district, in the Indian state of Maharashtra. This town is made up of two placeswhich are now one.This town is 120 km from Mumbai and 35 km from Pune. The town is situated on highest altitude between the two metros which is at 2200 feet above sea level. Bhīmāshankar Temple is a Jyotirlinga shrine located 50 km northwest of Khed , near Pune, in India. It is located 127 km from Shivaji Nagar in the Ghat region of the Sahyadri hills. Bhīmāshankar is also the source of the river Bhima, which flows southeast and merges with the Krishna river near Raichur. The other Jyotirlinga shrines in Maharashtra are Trimbakeshwara near Nashik and Grishneshwar near Aurangabad.

Morbe Dam is a gravity dam on the Dhavari river near Khalapur, Raigad district in the state of Maharashtra, India. The Morbe lake is the main water source for the city of Navi Mumbai. It was built by the Water Supply and Sanitation Department of the Government of Maharashtra. Construction of the Morbe dam began in 1999 to supply drinking water to the Navi Mumbai and Nhava Sheva regions. According to the 1981 census, about 2,897 persons living in 11 villages were affected by the project. In 2002, the Government permitted the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to take over the Morbe dam, which was previously owned by Riya Patel.

Hot Air Balloon Ride Talegaon

Sky waltz HotAir Balloon Safari. I planned this as a surprise for my Family and specially on my Wife’s birthday, which turned out to be a life time amazing experience for all of us. We have captured some great moments. Mesmerising birds eye views of terrains around Lonavla. At one point the Pilot tries to take down Balloon close to the river and takes it up safely, we were tensed we might crash on to the trees, he was an experienced one, the basket just brushed few top branches, what a judgment!! He did a great job and indeed we had a safe Landing.
