A Place Where Miracles Happen - Ngome Marian Shrine
Ngome Marian Shrine, a place of seven streams, in the heart of Zululand, South Africa is where many miracles have occurred. The Ngome Shrine, which has not only become one of the most popular places for pilgrims in South Africa but also a place where many people feel very close to God. Mary, Mother of God, said to Sr. Reinolda, a German Benedictine sister who was sent out to do missionary work amongst the Zulu people, I wish that a Shrine be erected for me in the place where seven springs come together. There I'll let My Graces flow in abundance. Many people shall turn to God....... Call Me Tabernacle of The Most High. Fr. Andrew Knott OMI, Deacon Norman Ellor and Pilgrim Jenna Harris, tell the story and share their experiences of Our Lady's message, and a few of the many miracles (some shown with actual photographs) that have occurred at Ngome Marian Shrine. The cause of the beatification of Sr. Reinolda May is underway as per official letter of Bishop Xolelo Thaddeus Kumalo of Sr. Reinolda the diocese of Eshowe in his letter dated May 1, 2017
This documentary was filmed and directed by Anton Herrington for Our Lady of the Tabernacle of the Most High.

#1.4 Exploring the Taita Hills
A mountain range that is relatively unknown, even to most Kenyans: the extremely fertile and green Taita Hills. Is this a place you should definitely visit when taking the Madaraka Express? We go on some impressive hikes, abseil the mountains and meet a local Kenyan power woman that opens up her home for us.

◎ About Charlie and Charlie's Travels ◎
Hi, I'm Charlie! Some time ago (2014) I started an internship in Kenya. I haven't left since, because I fell in love with Africa and started my own travel agency, Charlie's Travels. It's specialised in off the beaten track tours, because we think this continent is so much more than just safari tours and beaches. We believe that for the real Africa experience, you need to go beyond the tourist traps. Africa has so many stereotypes and preconceptions. By making cool and relevant content we want to show you a different side of the continent! We want to create new routes and awesome adventures, which will make you want to travel here and see it for yourself.
Interested in going on an original trip to see the real Africa? Shoot me a message and I'll get back to you:

Voyager Ziwani Camp
Voyager Ziwani Camp
With a spectacular view of mystical Mount Kilimanjaro, and easy access to the wild attractions of Tsavo West National Park, Voyager Ziwani offers a tranquil retreat in one of the wildest places left on Earth. Located on a private sanctuary on the western edge of Tsavo, the camp sits on a secluded dam on the Sante River – home to turtles, crocodiles and hundreds of basking hippos.
Location
Once the site for the German Schutztruppe garrison in the First World War, Voyager Ziwani is today famous for being in ‘big game country’ that is one of the biggest national parks in the world, Tsavo West. Filled with a rich tapestry of volcanic upheavals like the Roaring Rocks and the volcanic rubble heap that is Chaimu, the land is as diverse as its wildlife – the red elephants of Tsavo and descendents of the infamous man-eating lions share the savanna grasslands with the Fringe-eared orxy of the thorn filled scrub while the crocodiles and hippos while away time in the cool waters of the crystal clear Mzima springs and the rivers that course through.
Why Voyager Ziwani?
Newly renovated tents, with en-suite facilities and private verandahs
Located in a game rich private sanctuary which affords night game drives
Easy access by road from either Nairobi, Tsavo East or Mombasa
Own airstrip so accessible by air
Free WiFi in public areas
Many World War 1 & 2 battle sites nearby
New ranch tours of Gicheha farm
Neighbours Tsavo West National Park for day-time game drives
Knowledgeable resident naturalists
The best kids clubs in the region for cultural and wildlife edutainment
Facilities at the Camp
Restaurant
Bar
En-suite washrooms
Hammocks
Jetties over Sante dam

Tribal Dancers (1) in a Cultural Centre, Nairobi, Kenya
We went to a large circular auditorium and watched about ten different tribal dance demonstrations that were all variations on a theme of drums, and male and or female dancers. Most were quite good. The final act was an acrobatic troupe of about eight men. They were amazing. They had the tumbling skills of the Olympians and the pyramid tricks of Ringling Brothers Circus performers and the limbo skills of the Polynesians. I'm not sure what that had to do with tribal dancing but it was incredible.
