Sightseeing tour in Sigulda, a place situated about 53kms away from Latvia's capital, Riga. This mountainous region is quite breathtaking and very quaint hence its nickname 'the small Latvian Switzerland'. This region is full of historical castles built way back in the 13th century by the Teutonic knights' order and the Riga bishops. Out of the 3 major castle build only one castle has remained that gives it quite a picturesque site that you must visit.

Природный парк Тервете
Парк Тервете расположен в историческом регионе Земгале. Это место уникально не только своей природой, в которой сохранились редкие виды флоры и старейшие 300-летние сосны, но и интересно тем, что на трети площади парка создан целый сказочный мир. Сказки Терветского леса начинались с героев писательницы Анны Бригадере. Писательница жила в этой местности и открыла для читателей эти земли. Чудесные былины и народные сказания были рождены в этих местах. Здесь царит волшебный мир, в котором обитает множество сказочных персонажей. Спридитис стал первой деревянной скульптурой парка. Гномы, фигурки сказочных героев и таинственные избушки выполнены столь искусно, что равнодушно пройти мимо них невозможно. Тут можно прогуляться по сказочной тропе в Лес гномов, заглянуть в Ведьмин бор, где живет Боровая ведьмочка, в ветвях деревьев прячутся летучие мыши и пауки, а в траве играют в прятки проказники-чертенята...
