Wejsuny [vɛi̯ˈsunɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ruciane-Nida, within Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres north-east of Ruciane-Nida, 16 km north-west of Pisz, and 75 km east of the regional capital Olsztyn. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany . The village has a population of 380.
