Visiting Happi-jan (Happy Jungle) in Mt. Asuwa Park
I went to the Happi-jan, which is a new facility in Mt. Asuwa Park in Fukui City, reopened on September 9th, 2018. The three capybaras that were born in March this year are still childish and so cute. Just the other day, they were named respectively Yamato Raimu Ajisai. Actually, my target was the capybaras, but there were also other cute animals! Happi-jan is a nice facility that you can share time and space with the rare animals and the beautiful birds.

Visiting Maruoka Castle and a little footage at the end of Echizen Matsushima Aquarium. Both are must see sights in Fukui. Warning, video is basically shaky walking footage. Still working on this production thing.

福井県を代表する桜の景観地、足羽山の桜と、足羽神社のしだれ桜です。
特に足羽神社のしだれ桜は樹齢約370年と長寿で巨木。明治33年の橋南大火や、昭和20年の福井空襲などで樹勢が衰えながらも、地元の支援により回復。迫力ある大きさになっています。
