10 Top Tourist Attractions in San Francisco - Travel Video
San Francisco, everyone’s favorite city, is located at the tip of a peninsula between the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific coast. A compact city of steep rolling hills surrounded on three sides by water, San Francisco is renowned for its summer fogs, Victorian architecture, cable cars and beautiful vistas. Just remember: Don’t call it Frisco and do bring warm clothing. The famous quote “The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco” isn’t from Mark Twain but it is a pretty accurate statement of San Francisco’s weather. An overview of the top tourist attractions in San Francisco.

Lombard Street is one of America’s most crooked streets and is also one of the steepest. The street was created with sharp curves to that criss cross down the one-way hill. Drive or walk down and you’ll find some of the most beautiful Victorian mansions you’ve ever seen.
Fisherman’s Wharf 4:01
As one of the most visited neighborhoods in the city, Fisherman’s Wharf has earned its popularity due to its wide array of restaurants, right on the water, serving up fresh-from-the-ocean seafood. You can also find postcard views of the bay, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz.
Alcatraz 5:21

Top 8 Museums to Visit | San Francisco
Watch more How to Visit San Francisco videos:
Planning a trip to San Francisco? Learn about the top eight museums and what makes them special in this travel video. Tip: If you're traveling with kids, the interactive exhibits at The Exploratorium are educational, fun, and safe for even very young children.
San Francisco’s museum scene is among the world’s best, in terms of both variety and quality.
The two Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco -- The de Young Museum & The Legion of Honor -- shouldn’t be missed.
The de Young contains one of the best collections of American art around.
The Legion of Honor, has an excellent collection of European art. The Rodin sculptures are not to be missed.
Visit the Asian Art Museum to see one of the most extensive collections of Asian art in the world. Art and artifacts from a vast number of Asian cultures spanning thousands of years of history can be seen here.
On the other hand, the Contemporary Jewish Museum doesn’t keep a collection at all. This museum focuses on exhibitions, so there’s always something new and current.
But San Francisco’s museums aren’t restricted to art. One of the city’s best museums is the California Academy of Sciences. This extensive natural science museum has an aquarium, a rainforest exhibit, a planetarium, and much more.
The Exploratorium is another great science museum -- geared towards kids. The interactive exhibits are educational, fun, and safe even for very young children.
The Mechanical Museum is another interactive museum. Play one of the hundreds of old-fashioned penny-arcade games in the collection.
Finally, visit the Cable Car Museum to learn about the history of San Francisco’s cable cars and how they work.
San Francisco’s museums bring everyone closer to an understanding of life in San Francisco and beyond.
San Francisco - City Video Guide
The coastal city of San Francisco, California, invites you to explore its hip neighborhoods and enjoy its liberal, relaxed atmosphere.
The heart of downtown is Union Square, a great spot to shop, relax and watch the world go by. The Embarcadero is a busy waterfront roadway taking in some of San Francisco's most famous landmarks, including Market Street, the Bay Bridge and the San Francisco Ferry Building.
Fisherman's Wharf, at the northern end of the Embarcadero, is known for great shops and restaurants. Golden Gate Bridge and the island fortress of Alcatraz. are easy to get to from here. Nearby at Pier 39 you can enjoy the best views of San Francisco and visit the sea lion colony.
Experience the hustle and bustle of Chinatown, or head to the Haight-Ashbury district, where you'll find independent record stores, smoke shops and cafes.
Nearby Marin County is home to the ancient redwoods of Muir Woods National Monument and the relaxed bayside hamlet of Sausalito. With so much to offer, San Francisco tempts visitors back again and again.

San Francisco Nightlife in USA
San Francisco has some of the best bars & cozy rooftop patios in the United States. I recorded lots of footage throughout the weekend at many venues to bring you the best spots.
Photos and more tips:
The music at most venues was quite good, no complaints what-so-ever.
My friends took me to the most seclusive bars in San Francisco and I am happy to share this list with you.
San Francisco's nightlife isn't as massive as Miami or Toronto, I would describe it as more laid back and underground. The city offers many great clubs but for this particular article I will feature only the bars.
Monarch may be the best bar in the city, it has a club in the basement and a few bars on ground level. The music was funky and chill.
The absolute must-see bar is The View rooftop bar on top of the Marriott Marquis on Mission St. located on the 39th floor
The best part of my trip to San Francisco was meeting up with friends who I last saw in Tokyo back in 2007 where we used to roll out to jams in the Roppongi district, those memories will last a lifetime!

BEST VIEW OF THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE! (San Francisco, California)
Day 303 - It's our last full day here in San Francisco so we took a trip to the north bay to find the best view of the Golden Gate Bridge! Then we drop highway one over to Muir Beach Overlook. We were sad that the area was completely covered in fog, but it ended up making the whole place feel dreamlike. It was pretty surreal!
Then we head back to Oakland for one last hurrah with our diy Robot Halloween Costumes!

San Francisco is an absolute gem in the United States, it is so different from the east coast that it almost feels like being in another country.
To really admire the city and get a good panoramic view drive to the top of Hawk Hill on the northern side of the Golden Gate bridge.
I went for a bike ride along Fisherman's Wharf with my long lost friend Serge, who I just to jam with in Tokyo back in 2007. We had dinner at the Eagle Cafe at Pier 39 and ordered San Francisco's most famous soup: Lobster Bisque, truly unbeatable!
No trip to San Francisco is complete without dropping by the Painted Ladies at Alamo Square park which used to be part of the intro of the Fullhouse TV series.
One of our funniest finds was this Yoda Fountain next to the Lucasfilm studios, a true destination for any Star Wars nerd.
I truly believe that the best way to explore San Francisco is to visit most attractions by bicycle, it can be quite challenging at times, due to the steep streets, but it will be well worth once you go down Lombard Street, the crooked street in the world!
Another interesting spot was the wooden Burning Man temple at Patricia's Green park in the center of the city which was covered in lots of writing, love declarations and autographs.
Surprisingly, I found this Dutch windmill at the most western tip of Golden Gate park surrounded by lots of tulips.
The weather in San Francisco can be hit-or-miss, which truly sucks if you want to get great outdoor photos at all its scenic destinations, so do have some indoor events planned as an alternative.
I highly recommend: Musee Mecanique, Mirror Maze, Fisherman Wharf's fish market, Eagle Cafe, Alcatraz and Exploratorium for all your indoor activities.
