Correcting A Farby Continental at Fort Griswold
I was at a unit drill at Fort Griswold in Groton, CT with HM 54th Regiment of Foot when I saw, accosting us from across the street at a museum, this not-so-imposing figure. So, when I had a bit of time, I sauntered on over completely unasked and screeched about minor historical inaccuracies for about ten minutes. This is a silly video at its core, but I hope an entertaining one still, and perhaps we can even learn a few things from it!
All things considered the actual artwork is quite good. Sure it lacks a few details and isn't exactly a Don Troiani in terms of authenticity, but it's better than nothing and infinitely better than anything I could ever produce!
