You can see all different kinds of people everyone is having a great time. There are many local people and tons of tourists and you can see that no one is afraid to walk the streets of Israel and you see so many different people playing musical instruments and just chilln on the street so many people stop to dance and sing along with the music randomly in middle of the Shuk. My name is Zahi Shaked
In 2000 I became a registered liscenced tourist guide.
My dedication in life is to pass on the ancient history of the Holy Land.
Following upon many years of travel around the world, which was highlighted by a very exciting emotional and soul-searching meeting with the Dalai Lama, I realized that I had a mission. To pass on the the history of the Holy Land, its religions, and in particular, the birth and development of Christianity.
In order to fulfill this calling in the best way possible, I studied in depth, visited, and personally experienced each and every important site of the ancient Christians. I studied for and received my first bachelors degree in the ancient history of the Holy Land, and am presently completing my studies for my second degree.(Masters)
Parralel to my studies, and in order to earn a living, I was employed for many years in advertising. What I learned there was how to attract the publics attention, generate and, increase interest, and assimilate information. All this I use as tools to describe, explain and deepen the interest in the sites that we visit. From my experience, I have learned that in this way, the Holy Land becomes more than just history, and that the large stones that we see scattered about in dissaray, join together one by one until they become - a Byzantine Church. This also happens when I lead a group of Pilgrims in the Steps of Jesus. We climb to the peak of Mount Precipice, glide over the land to the Sea of Galilee, land on the water and see the miracle which enfolds before us. This is a many faceted experience. Not only history which you will remember and cherish, but an experience which I hope will be inplanted in your hearts and minds, and will accompany you all the days of your life.

Ossuary of High Priest Caiaphas and Pontius Pilate Inscription. Israel. Joel Kramer. SourceFlix.
Joel Kramer, SourceFlix, showed us two artefacts in the Israel Museum that provides corroborative evidence for the historical accuracy of the Bible. For years it was said that Pontius Pilate did not exist, now you can see the evidence for the High Priest Caiaphas who tried Jesus for Jewish blasphemy laws, and Pontius Pilate for the Roman trial that ended in the Crucifixion.
MY TRIP TO ISRAEL WITH PASSAGES
From July 8-18, 2018 I was blessed with the opportunity of a lifetime to visit Israel for the first time!!
I went with a phenomenal organization called, Passages, which takes Christian college students all over the United States to the Holy Land to encounter the roots of their Biblical faith first-hand and come face to face with the modern-day miracle that is Israel.
People kept telling me that a visit to Israel will change my life. And they were right! Ever since returning home my relationship with Jesus has never been stronger!
Specifically, I would like to thank the following Team at Passages:

It was such a joy to have met you and I wish you the best of luck with your senior year of college!! Jack, I don't think its a coincidence that we roomed beside each other in Tel Aviv. Thanks for being like an older brother to me on the trip and of course making me laugh until I almost cried in Jerusalem! haha Yo Adrian! I've never met someone so incredibly knowledgeable on Israel and I don't think I ever will. You have truly inspired me to spend the rest of my life learning as much as I can about the nation of Israel. Orel, thank you so much for being such a terrific security guard on the infamous RougeBus. It certainly is no coincidence that your name means, God's light. You will always be a bright shinning light in everyone's heart you encounter. Kenny and Dina, I want to thank each of you so much for being absolutely phenomenal Fellows. Not only did each of you tolerate my dad jokes, but you also were always willing to answer all of my questions. I really appreciate each of you so so much. Grace and Joyce, I want to thank each of you so much for being sensational spiritual leaders. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the Bible at different Holy sites throughout the land. Because of each of you I now have a new hunger for the Word every single day.
Furthermore, I would like to thank even more wonderful people:
-My old and new friends from American University, Baruch College, UCLA, Central Michigan University, Elon University, and Baylor University!
I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! Whether you realize it or not, each and every one of you played a significant role during my trip to Israel. I was truly blessed to go with such a passionate, hilarious, intelligent, and down right Jesus lovin' group as you all! I'll be honest, there's not a day that goes by when I don't think about Israel and all of you extraordinary human beings. You all are going to change the world in the name of Jesus. I can't wait to see it happen!!
Last but certainly not least, I would also like to personally thank everyone that supported, prayed, and helped fund my journey. I sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Like I said before, this trip has been life changing to say the least and for that I am truly blessed beyond measure.
I can't wait to go back soon!! God Bless you all and God Bless Israel!!
I would like to mention that I dedicate this video to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Without Him, I am nothing :)

City of David Archeological Walking Tour and Warren's Shaft MUST SEE when you are in Jerusalem!
Make sure you are in good physical condition for this 3 hour walking tour over steep terrain and even steeper steps as you descend down into Warren's Shaft. This video covers the entire 3 our walking tour, condensed into 6 minutes. The tour was excellent, but exhausting. Still we thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again. The water tunnel is fun for kids as well. This is a must do on your list of things to see in Jerusalem, Israel!
