Israel Uncensored: Jerusalem Will Always Be in Israel's Hands
On today's Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, an interview with Dan Diker Senior Project Director - Program to Counter BDS and Political Warfare at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs. Diker says that Trump's announcement - that the US recognizes that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, was a well orchestrated move with the backing of Sunni moderates in the region. While countries like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and others may have outwardly protested the move, Diker says that in reality they understand that a united Jerusalem under Israeli sovereignty for all eternity (especially Jordan) is in their interests. He adds that this week''s upsurge in terror violence isn't because of Trump, but rather an excuse to initiate attacks against Israelis due to incitement emanating from none other than PA head Mahmoud Abbas and his supporters in the Palestinian Authority.
Bilingual Jerusalem School, where Hebrew and Arabic go Hand in Hand
Principal Nadia Kanana and a young teacher take viewers on a tour, in Arabic, of a special school. Hand in Hand in Jerusalem is a bilingual school for Jewish and Arab students. The staff in each of the four schools in the network is equally balanced between Arab and Jewish principals and teachers.
Every class is co-taught by teachers from both groups, and respect is the guiding principle. Lessons are in Hebrew and Arabic, and the co-teachers can divide the lesson subject or teach it together. The children, who follow Hand in Hand's motto: learning together, living together, may look up to the adults for inspiration, but they also have learned to find their own way towards getting along and even beyond, to friendship.

IDF Soldiers Liberate the Old City of Jerusalem
In June 1967, Israel's soldiers overcame Arab troops and reached the Western Wall -- the ancient remnant of the Jewish temple. At that moment, the Old City of Jerusalem, lost to the Jewish people for 2,000 years, was finally in Israel's hands.

Handwashing in Judaism - Why? - Wailing Wall (the Western Wall, Kotel), Jerusalem, Israel
Jewish law and custom prescribe ritual hand washing (Hebrew: נטילת ידיים, netilat yadayim in a number of situations
According to traditional practice, Jews wash their hands in the following situations:
Upon waking from sleep (known in Yiddish as נעגל וואַסער, negel vasser), poured out from a vessel three times, intermittently, over each hand. This washing is said to remove an evil spirit from one's fingers.[1]
Before prayer.[2]
After touching ones's private parts, or the sweat from one's body (excluding the face), or when one crops one's fingernails[3]
Upon leaving a latrine, lavatory or bathhouse[3]
Upon leaving a cemetery[3]
Before eating bread. This only applies to bread made from one of the five chief grains (wheat, cultivated barley, spelt, wild barley,[a] and oats)[6]
After eating a meal where the salt of Sodom was served at that table[7]
(In some communities) washing the priests' hands, before they bless the people with the Priestly Blessing.[8]
When, prior to eating, one dips a morsel of food within a liquid (e.g. water, honey, oil, etc.) which then clings to that morsel, with the one exception of fruits, seeing that they do not require hand washing.[9]
Development of hand washing on bread
1890 illustration of laver in the Temple
The most developed and, perhaps, important of these washings is the washing of hands before eating bread. Such washing of hands is called in Hebrew, netilat yadayim, meaning the lifting up of the hands. It is looked upon with such rigidity, that those who willfully neglect its practice are said to make themselves liable to excommunication,[10] and bring upon themselves a state of scarcity,[11] and are quickly taken out of the world.[12]
Hand washing in the Temple
Ten brazen lavers are said to have served the priests in the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem, their function being merely for cleansing the hands and feet before they commenced their service.[13] In addition, the Mishnah records that priests were required to wash hands and feet after urinating.[14] The use of these lavers did not pertain to the general public, nor to their eating foods with washed hands.
The Mishnah (Tractate Yadayim) is the first to describe the ritual of hand washing outside of the Temple.
The Babylonian Talmud explains that King Solomon decreed that priests must wash their hands before eating meat from animal sacrifices in the Temple.[15]
Hand washing for priests before eating terumah
In subsequent years, Hillel and Shammai followed in the footsteps of King Solomon and, in the year circa 32 BCE,[16] these two sages decreed the priests' hands to be ritually impure, which disqualified their eating terumah foods until washing those hands (as terumah may only be eaten while pure). This law is found in Mishnah Bikkurim 2:1, which states that regarding terumah and bikkurim they require the washing of the hands. Elsewhere, the requirement of handwashing is described as “serach terumah” (Hebrew: סרך תרומה),[17] the customary practice of washing associated with terumah, and explained by the commentators as being the catalyst to bring the priests into conformity by virtue of it being incumbent upon all to wash their hands.
ISRAEL: JERUSALEM: NETANYAHU VISITS WAILING WALL
Natural Sound
Israel has re-imposed a full closure on the West Bank and Gaza Strip over the Jewish New Year amid continued tension following the killing by its forces of two Islamic militants.
As he prepared to celebrate Rosh Hashana, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday accused Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat of not doing enough to fight terrorism.
In Jerusalem, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the Wailing Wall where he received New Year blessings from rabbis.
Earlier, he had accused Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat of not doing enough to fight terrorism.
He told Israeli army radio that there was a poisonous cancer growing in the areas under
Palestinian control.
It threatens us, it threatens them, and we must fight it, he added
The Rosh Hashana new year holiday starts at sundown on Sunday and ends at sundown on Tuesday.
Throughout Israel, security has been beefed up amid warnings that Hamas militants are plotting to avenge the deaths of two of the group's top fugitives, who were shot dead by Israeli troops on September 11.
A full closure of the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which bars all Palestinians from entering Israel, is expected to last over the Jewish New Year.
Israel has refused to hand over the bodies of the fugitives, and army radio said there was concern that Hamas would try to kidnap Israeli soldiers as bargaining chips to force Israel to release the bodies.
Israel had closed the border after the killing of the Awadallah brothers, but gradually eased it, allowing 17-thousand workers and three-thousand business people to enter Israel.
Tension has risen since the killing of the Awadallah brothers.
Adel Awadallah was a leader of the military wing of Hamas.
His younger brother, Imad, was suspected by the Palestinian Authority of killing another Hamas leader in a power struggle.

FOUR Bible Predictions about Israel and the Middle East - Will Jerusalem Survive?
Order this free book - The Middle East in Prophecy:
Welcome to Tomorrow’s World where we tackle the truly important questions facing our world and ourselves. Former Soviet Union Leader Mikhail Gorbachev caught the attention of major newspapers around the world in an op-ed piece for Time Magazine.
Gorbachev is a student of history, and all evidence indicates he is a man who would rather have peace than war. Presidents Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan bought time for the world when they agreed to ratchet down nuclear stockpiles. The two men began what appeared to be a truly friendly relationship, following decades of the Cold War between the two superpower antagonists. Mr. Reagan will go down in history as the one who challenged the Soviet President, “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.” And Mr. Gorbachev will go down in history as the one who tore down the Berlin Wall, setting free millions of oppressed people from a failed Marxist system, and this opened the way for the reunification of Germany. So when he wrote:
It all looks as if the world is preparing for war
People took notice. He further wrote in his January 2017 editorial,
The world today is overwhelmed with problems. Policymakers seem to be confused and at a loss.
Indeed! The world IS confused and at a loss. He named the escalating inventory of modern weapons a danger to the world:
More troops, tanks and armored personnel carriers are being brought to Europe. NATO and Russian forces and weapons that used to be deployed at a distance are now placed closer to each other, as if to shoot point-blank.
But the big problem is not Europe, although it is destined to play a vital role in the future. The real problem is found in the Middle East, specifically in the city of Jerusalem. What’s in store for this city? That is the focus of today’s Tomorrow’s World telecast. There is an answer. It is known, and it will affect your world and your life. On this program I’ll show you what to expect, and I’ll be offering you a free publication that documents in advance what will happen in that part of the world and how it will affect you. This publication, The Middle East in Prophecy, is yours free for the asking, so be sure to have writing material ready so you can take down the phone number to order your free copy. I’ll be right back to show you what to expect for the city of peace, where there is no peace, so don’t go away!
Welcome once again to Tomorrow’s World, and I especially welcome all of you who are tuning in for the first time. I’m pleased you’ve joined us today. And I’m pleased to offer you our free publication, The Middle East in Prophecy.
Our world is in trouble. As former Soviet President and Nobel Peace Prize recipient Mikhail Gorbachev wrote,
Politicians and military leaders sound increasingly belligerent and defense doctrines more dangerous. Commentators and TV personalities are joining the bellicose chorus. It all looks as if the world is preparing for war.
Nowhere is the specter of war more probable than in the volatile Middle East. When nations were smaller, when transportation was on two legs or four legs, when wind powered ships, and aircraft didn’t exist, confused policymakers could only do so much damage. That has changed. Confused leaders can do immense damage in our technologically advanced world!
High speed communication and transportation connect us, but we can’t get along together. Add to this, incredibly destructive technologies: nuclear weapons, smart bombs, chemical and biological weapons, with missiles, unmanned planes and drone ships to deliver those weapons of mass destruction. It’s a dangerous place when policymakers in THIS kind of world are, as Mr. Gorbachev says, “confused and at a loss.”
Conflicts that start small in one part of the world can quickly spread to all parts of the world. In effect, no one is safe!
The tiny nation of Israel, and it’s chief city Jerusalem, are at the core of many Middle Eastern problems. The beginning of today’s problems can be found in the book known as the Bible. There we read of a man named Abram, later called Abraham. His wife seemingly could not have children. One day Sarai, who also experienced a name change to Sarah, came up with an idea that appeared good at the time. We read of it in Genesis 16:
So Sarai said to Abram, “See now, the LORD has restrained me from bearing children. Please, go in to my maid; perhaps I shall obtain children by her.” (Genesis 16:2)
Abram listened to his wife. A child was born and they named him Ishmael. A divine messenger informed the couple that he and his descendants would be difficult to get along with. Here it is in Genesis 16:12.
He shall be a wild man; his hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him.

Prince William visits Jerusalem's Western Wall on first Israel Royal visit
Prince William prayed at the most sacred site accessible to Jews today when he visited the Western Wall in Jerusalem's Old City. With a kippah skull cap on his head, the Duke of Cambridge placed a written prayer on a folded piece of paper into one of the cracks in the wall, held his right hand against the ancient stones and spent around a minute in quiet contemplation with his eyes shut. William was escorted around the holy site by Britain's Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis and the rabbi of the Western Wall, Shmuel Rabinovitch, on the last day of his historic visit to the Middle East. A large crowd of Jewish worshippers watched him as he prayed. One man shouted out: 'We love you' as the prince prayed. The Western Wall is the most sacred site accessible to Jews as it is the only remaining part of the Temple, held to be uniquely holy in Judaism.

The Temple in Jerusalem will be Rebuilt!

Jerusalem, Israel. Part 1. (English Version)
Israel is just a 69 years old baby country but Jerusalem which is the Capital is one of the oldest cities in the world. This city is divided in two parts; Palestine and Israel. There is one BIG wall that separates both sides and it felt a bit ambiguous. Tel Aviv on the other hand is more modern, less fanatic, less religious, more expensive and more hipsters. But we weren't there just to compare one an other or bring up the politics.. We went there to BRING some of the Middle Eastern flavours with us, so we did. To begging with, Fish quality is BIG. Wines are also rich. Spices, top of the shop as well as they would say in Morocco. Prices, not that great.. We felt disappointed when we found out that basic ingredients such as chickpeas, potatoes, pomegranates, eggs, coffee, etc, had such high value on the Market. Eating out ain't cheap in Israel, neither it is the drinking! However, some other things such as transport are cheaper than in London!
After all we still managed to enjoy a few local meals and some really nice sunshine in November.

Israel evicts Palestinian family hands East Jerusalem home to settlers
A Palestinian family was evicted from their home in occupied East Jerusalem on 5 September 2017 after an Israeli court rejected the family’s claim that the land they were living on was different to the land claimed by Israeli settlers as having belonged to Jews before the division of Jerusalem into Israeli and Jordanian-controlled parts.

WATCH: Melania Trump & Ivanka Trump Visit Western Wall in Jerusalem During Trip to Israel (FNN)
Brought to you by Desert Diamond:
JERUSALEM (AP) - President Donald Trump has paid his respects at the Western Wall, the holiest place where Jews can pray.
Wearing a black skullcap, Trump walked slowly toward the wall and pressed his right hand flat against the stone for about 30 seconds. He then tucked a prayer note into a deep crevice. His wife and daughter Ivanka, who converted to Judaism, visited the women's section of the wall.
The site in Jerusalem's Old City in east Jerusalem was at the center of a recent spat between the two allies following the U.S refusal to say it is part of Israel.
Before visiting the Wall, Trump visited the Church of the Holy Supulchre. It's believed to be where Jesus was crucified, and where his tomb is located.
Trump is on his first visit to Israel as president.

My name is Zahi Shaked
In 2000 I became a registered liscenced tourist guide.
My dedication in life is to pass on the ancient history of the Holy Land.
Following upon many years of travel around the world, which was highlighted by a very exciting emotional and soul-searching meeting with the Dalai Lama, I realized that I had a mission. To pass on the the history of the Holy Land, its religions, and in particular, the birth and development of Christianity.
In order to fulfill this calling in the best way possible, I studied in depth, visited, and personally experienced each and every important site of the ancient Christians. I studied for and received my first bachelors degree in the ancient history of the Holy Land, and am presently completing my studies for my second degree.(Masters)
Parralel to my studies, and in order to earn a living, I was employed for many years in advertising. What I learned there was how to attract the publics attention, generate and, increase interest, and assimilate information. All this I use as tools to describe, explain and deepen the interest in the sites that we visit. From my experience, I have learned that in this way, the Holy Land becomes more than just history, and that the large stones that we see scattered about in dissaray, join together one by one until they become - a Byzantine Church. This also happens when I lead a group of Pilgrims in the Steps of Jesus. We climb to the peak of Mount Precipice, glide over the land to the Sea of Galilee, land on the water and see the miracle which enfolds before us. This is a many faceted experience. Not only history which you will remember and cherish, but an experience which I hope will be inplanted in your hearts and minds, and will accompany you all the days of your life.

Rev. 3:20: Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
Father, I believe Your Son, Yeshua/Jesus, came to the earth, died on the cross and shed His pure blood to redeem me from my sins; I believe in the Resurrection. I'm very sorry for my sins; I need your forgiveness. I ask you, Yeshua/Jesus, to be my Saviour and Lord. I Repent (turn away from) my sins and walk a new life with you. Thank you for the gift of Salvation. In Yeshua/Jesus name. Amen. *Get water baptized (Acts 2:38). This is where you need to seek the wisdom of Yeshua, because if you go to a church and they want you to attend indoctrination classes and ask you to sign a bunch of papers - RUN out of there! There are people who live in remote areas who baptise themselves, so ask Yeshua what to do regarding this. Read Ephesians &John, then read the entire book. Free Bible download
A COMMENT to SHARE: Jesus/Yeshua is returning soon.
