Enjoy Kim Yong Market Hat Yai
The most famous market in Hat Yai is the Kim Yong market.
Kim Yong Market is a local market in the center of Hat Yai city. It is famous for it's imported snacks from Malaysia and Singapore. A lot of the imported snacks, like potato chips, are cheaper here then in the rest of Thailand. The market itself has many small stalls nestled on narrow alleyways. Here you can buy anything from clothes, fruit, snacks, nuts, food, fresh flowers and even make-up, perfume and more.
Der wohl bekannteste Markt in Hat Yai ist der Kim Yong - Markt.

Walk: Morning KIM YONG MARKET at Hatyai [4K | Ultra HD]
Kim Yong Market located in Hatyai city center is a popular morning and afternoon market among the locals with a southern Thai touch. Popular items found here are fruit, snacks, nuts, fruits, fresh flowers, clothing and even cosmetics, perfume and much more.
For foodies, there's a small alley in the middle of Kim Yong Market filled with street food stalls. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast over a much needed hot cup of locally brewed coffee.
As the market can be very crowded, do take extra care of your belongings while you wrestle your way through the crowd. That being said, do take your time to explore and enjoy this vibrant market while at the same time be prepared to bargain and negotiate on prices.
Visiting Hours: 6am – 6pm (Daily)

Kim Yong Market, Hat Yai , Thailand
One of the famous morning market in Hat Yai. You can find so many things here. Just be careful with the motorcycles passing by
Kim Jong Markt in Hat Yai is very good for shopping
at Yai city.
There are a few markets in Hatyai; located sporadically all around the Hat Yai town but the ones well known to tourists would be the Kim Yong and the Suntisook Market The market is always pack with people by as early as 6.30AM (local time). Tuk-tuks, vans, bikes, people..they are just squeezing their way into and out of the market. On both sides of the road, you’ll be greeted with a parade of stalls selling all sorts of stuffs ranging from fruits to vegetables, dried raw ingredients to cooked local delicacies, fresh flowers to edible flowers! So much for your eyes and your stomach to feast on!
Food sold here are cheap. It can go as low as THB10 and as high as you can purchase. Fruits here are actually quite good – big and not too pricey (depending on your bargaining skills). Of course, knowing how you stick out as a tourist, the locals will tend to charge you higher for the non-cooked products such as fruits, flowers, vegetables and dried materials (dried chili, dried shrimps, spices, etc). Begin your way around!

HAT YAI - Part 2: Asean Night Market, Lee Garden | Vlog #5 | Fujifilm X-T2
Part 2 untuk food-focused trip ke Hat Yai, Thailand.
** ASEAN NIGHT BAZAAR **
Tempat duduk memang susah nak cari tapi usaha tangga kejayaan kan. lol.
** HAT YAI WALKING STREET **
Makan lagi tanpa henti! Terletak di area Lee Garden Plaza, ada macam2 makanan yang halal dan tidak-halal di sini. Pandai2 lah buat pilihan. Ada coconut ice cream. Ada roti steam. Ada udang galah goreng.

Hat Yai Walking Street: Thai Street Food and Shopping in Hat Yai, Thailand
New Thailand videos every Wednesday. Subscribe: A Walk Around Walking Street Hat Yai, Thailand. Thai Street Food and Shopping in Hat Yai. This is Walking Street in Hat Yai, Thailand. It’s an area with loads of shops, shopping centres, restaurants and street food and there is also a street market there. Additionally It’s home to two of the finest Hat Yai hotels, the Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel and the Grand Plaza Hotel. It’s well worth exploring this area and the surrounding streets, especially if you’re in the market for some Thai food, or shopping. If you love Thai Street Food, Thai restaurants or shopping be sure to visit Walking Street Hat Yai.
Thai street food is everywhere in Thailand, you’ll find it from Bangkok to Pattaya to Phuket and everywhere in between. It’s cheap and it is really delicious! At markets like this all the food is cooked fresh, as they sell it, and as I mentioned, it is delicious! Street food is some of my favourite Thai cuisine, and there is so much variety of street food in Thailand!
Thai Street Food is a must to try if you’re on holidays in Thailand. Thailand food markets are one of the best places to buy fresh and authentic Thai food, or to buy groceries and fruit while you travel in Thailand. There are so many Thai dishes on offer and the foods here are cheap, and so tasty! And in case you’re worried, eating street food is perfectly safe. It’s what the locals eat and it is cooked fresh and sold quickly. I’ve been eating it for over 5 years in Thailand and my friends who have been to visit and tour Thailand have all eaten it, and none of us have had any problems. Thai street food is some of the best Thai food you’ll find in Thailand!
The markets in Thailand are a great place to get an insight into Thai culture while you travel in Thailand. You can shop alongside the locals and learn what they buy and eat. And the markets are a great place to try traditional Thai street foods, learn Thai recipes and cooking, as well as eat some of the best Thai dishes in Thailand. You'll see the people cooking the food right in front of you. And best of all, the food is cheap, often much cheaper than eating in a Thai restaurant. Eating at markets is a good way to eat cheap on your Thailand holidays.
Make sure you check out some Thai Food Markets on your trip to Thailand, and be sure to sample some of the amazing Thai street food that's available in Thailand! If you want to try some of the most delicious food in the world be sure to visit Thailand!

Krabi is about 2-3 hours from Phuket by land or sea, and has world class accommodation standards comparable to what you find in Phuket hotels and resorts, but in a more relaxed environment.
If you're looking into Thailand Hotels have a look at hotels and resorts in Krabi. The islands and beaches of Krabi are famous for Thailand holidays, the movie The Beach was filmed on Krabi's Koh Phi Phi Island.
