This film explores the impact of the crackdown on Serbia's most wanted: alleged war criminals still at large. Are they any nearer being sent to The Hague? We conclude that a handover is imminent but that the underlying structures, which protect them, are still in place.

FAQ's:
Q Where are you from?
A I am born in former Yugoslavia. Mom is Serbian, Dad is Bosnian. During the '90's war we came to the Netherlands and I got Dutch nationality. I've lived in Amsterdam for 8 years but lost my heart to India. Since 2018 I'm based in Bangalore. See this video for my refugee story:
Q How can you afford to travel so much?
A I saved for 3 years while working full time and now travel vlogging is my job. I work together with tourism agencies but also do some freelance work on the side. You can watch this video: and this one: to learn more about my story.
Q What camera do you film with and what editing software do you use?
A Canon G7X Mark II and Final Cut Pro X
Q (Why) Are you vegetarian?
A I'm vegetarian but not strict. I don't eat any meat, fish, cooked/boiled or fried eggs. I gradually became a vegetarian over the course of 15 years because I disliked the taste of meat more and more. After doing a yoga teacher training in 2015 I also quit fish and the eggs. No matter my food preferences I have no issues with other people not being vegetarian. I don't judge others and kind of expect the same favor from others concerning my own food preferences. It makes for a more friendly world :-)
Q Why do you usually travel alone?
A Because my friends have jobs with limited holidays, kids and partners. Also I really like exploring on my own.
Q Why do you love India so much?

19. Various of Serbian court where Radovan Karadzic is being held
STORYLINE:
Ultranationalists were gathering for a massive pro-Radovan Karadzic rally on Tuesday, amid reports that the ex-Bosnian Serb leader's appeal against his extradition to the United Nations war crimes tribunal had not arrived at a Serbian court.
A court spokeswoman told The Associated Press on Tuesday that the appeal still hadn't arrived.
Karadzic's lawyer claimed he sent the appeal to the court by registered mail on Friday, before the midnight deadline that day.
But the postal service said it doesn't have it and the court spokeswoman said the court doesn't either.
Under Serbian law, if the appeal is not filed, or if it is sent by mail but doesn't arrive at the Belgrade court, the court's investigative judge can rule to extradite Karadzic to The Hague tribunal in the Netherlands without considering his objection.
Tensions were high ahead of an ultranationalists' anti-government rally planned in Belgrade for Tuesday evening to protest Karadzic's arrest.
The rally organiser, the right-wing Serbian Radical Party, said it is bussing in Karadzic supporters from all over Serbia and Bosnia, where Karadzic is still revered as a wartime hero.
I will use this opportunity to call on all participants of tomorrow's (Tuesday) march to use the energy and pride of Serbia and not to succumb to provocations and that it is a peaceful and Ghandi style protest and march, said Luka Karadzic, Radovan Karadzic's brother, at a news conference on Monday.
Karadzic's lawyer, Svetozar Vujacic, has predicted the government will try to whisk the arrested war crimes suspect off to the UN tribunal before the protest.
Serbia had been accused of not searching for war crimes fugitives sought by the UN tribunal.

STORYLINE
A spokeswoman for the United Nations war crimes tribunal in The Hague on Monday said the facility was ready to take arrested war crimes suspect Radovan Karadzic into custody.
The former Bosnian Serb wartime leader is still in a Belgrade cell more than a week after being arrested by Serbian security agents.
Of course the court is on recess which means our courtrooms are not busy with hearings, but the court itself has it's employees coming to work everyday, said Nerma Jelacic of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
Everyone that is needed and will be needed for (the) Karadzic case... will be around in the days to come, she assured.
Her comments come as reports from Belgrade indicate that the ex-Bosnian Serb leader's appeal against his extradition to the ICTY still hasn't arrived at the Serbian court dealing with Karadzic's case.
Karadzic's lawyer claims he sent the appeal to the court by registered mail on Friday, before the midnight deadline that day.
On Monday, a court spokeswoman said that if the appeal doesn't arrive within a reasonable timeframe, the court's investigative judge will rule on Karadzic's extradition.
I couldn't comment on the Belgrade court's statements. As far as the tribunal is concerned, reasonable time for us is now,Jelacic told AP Television on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, tensions were high ahead of an ultranationalists' anti-government rally planned in Belgrade for Tuesday evening to protest Karadzic's arrest.
The rally organiser, the right-wing Serbian Radical Party, said it is bussing in Karadzic supporters from all over Serbia and Bosnia, where Karadzic is still revered as a wartime hero.
Of course we hope that there will be no violence at the rally, but this is beyond the tribunal's scope of work really, said Jelacic.
Karadzic faces 11 charges at the UN tribunal, including genocide and conspiracy to commit genocide.
He is accused of masterminding the 1995 slaughter of 8-thousand Muslim men and boys in Srebrenica and the more than three-year siege of Sarajevo, which left some 10-thousand people dead.
Officials say the war crimes suspect was captured July 21 in Belgrade, where he lived under the assumed identity of a health guru, with long white beard and hair, and large glasses.

TOP U.S. AND YUGOSLAV STATE SECRET -- WHY DR. MILORAD G. MARKOVIC WAS MURDERED
WHY DR. MILORAD G. MARKOVIC WAS MURDERED
(Translation from Serbian)
ЗАШТО ЈЕ УБИЈЕН ДР.МИЛОРАД Г. МАРКОВИЋ
***
WHY DR. MILORAD G. MARKOVIC WAS MURDERED
Ravna Gora warrior Dr. Milorad G. Markovic was the Deputy Director-General of Reserve Police International for the world and at that time also president of the Congress of all Serbian parties in America.
He claimed to know who kidnapped Nicholas Kalabić and then killed him in a terrible way and after that captured the Minister of War of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, General Dragoljub Mihailovic - Cica by a ruse.
According to the man, who gave this information to Dr. Milorad G. Markovic, that was the top state secret of Yugoslavia and America.
According to the late Dr. Milorad G. Markovic, 'one of our Serbs', who at that time was an active senior CIA official in Washington, told him all this in confidence.
Namely that one of our famous Dukes, after placing his family and his 'Chetniks' families in safety in 'free America' in order to save his skin made an agreement and helped Tito and the former U.S. intelligence to capture Cica.
Whether all this is true, only time will tell.
If you ask me what I think - it's simple. This is an agent provocateur, who with lies and gossip not only cheated Dr. Milorad G. Markovic, but also many prominent Serbs.
The man who gave Dr. Milorad G. Markovic this information is the son of a prominent Serb even a professor at a military intelligence school in California.
This man was actually a member of the UDBA; while abroad during a meeting with his father, they agreed that he would confess everything and that he worked for the UDBA, and so he got political asylum, American citizenship and later even became a CIA officer.
It is interesting that after Dr. Milorad G. Markovic vanished, this man became a billionaire overnight and President of the Congress of all Serbian parties in America.
I know him personally, because I beat him up in 1971 when he attacked me physically with a group of top criminals and drug dealers, the leaders of the underworld Zemun, at the place I worked in Stockholm -- at the time that I was negotiating with the Swedish Kingdom about capturing top international gangsters who were involved in smuggling heroin.
When Dr. Milorad G. Markovic gave me the true identity of our Serb of the Central Intelligence Agency of America, who at that time was the main financier of Slobodan Mlošević, it was clear that here there was a cunning criminal who fed the naive Americans and at the same time the Serbian emigrants with lies.
In 1971, a secret meeting took place between the heads of the Swedish Security Service IB, which was also attended by the heads of the secret services of Finland and Britain regarding the capture of top drug dealers in Europe and America. One of these gang leaders was 'our Serb' with the son of another top political emigrant, whose father was a senior Serbian priest in America.
In order to foil the agreements between the Kingdom of Sweden and myself, that 'our Serb' with his mafia arranged for me to be arrested on spurious charges, even for something at that moment I could not have done, because my left hand was broken during karate training. But that did not help, the x-rays were destroyed and I was only led in front of a judge after spending a few months locked up in isolation when my hand was healed...
At that moment I became aware of how powerful that international gang is, but I did not surrender, I went after them even harder, but not as hard as I'm going to do that in future ...
Many members of the Yugoslav secret services abroad worked for a criminal who was born in Belgrade, whose parents had emigrated to Israel. They smuggled the heroin through diplomatic post from Europe to America.
Of course, all this was not permitted by the authorities of Yugoslavia and America ...
These were and still are the real mafia in uniform, who were successfully prosecuted by the Yugoslav Federal Counterintelligence 'Tanjá' from the late sixties until my defection in Brussels on December 15,1973.
It is now legally impossible for myself to fight against such a strong gang that under the guise of the police - and intelligence agencies are active in almost all Western countries.
Dr. Milorad G. Markovic disappeared from the face of the earth when he disclosed the identity of the real fighter against terrorism and crime.
I hope there are still people in this world who really dare to fight against the real criminals and terrorists, which unfortunately, our [Serbian] nation also has ...

Storm Cloud And Other Strange Happenings
I saw a beautiful storm cloud last week. It was Tuesday, June 12th 2018, headed from Memphis, Tennessee to Southaven, Mississippi. Several strange things happen. First off, a strange, black military jet flies into the airport. It is a lot thicker than most jets, I guess so it can hold a lot more cargo. I also kept seeing what looked like orange streaks coming out of the clouds. I am not sure what they are, but I could only see them on my camera. Lens flare? I'll let you guys be the judge. I just wanted to share. I'm sorry for it being so loud. I had to ride with the window down, because it was so dirty. xD
Serb For Min: Kosovo indepenence a 'failed experiment'
(17 Feb 2018) Serbian Foreign Minster Ivica Dacic said Saturday that forcing Serbia to to recognize Kosovo's independence would be arrogant, unacceptable and counterproductive.
Speaking at a press conference on the 10th anniverssary of Kosovo indepedence, Dacic said Serbia supports dialogue with Kosovo, but added that independence is a failed experiment.
Kosovo is recognized by 117 countries, including the U.S. and most Western powers, and has joined about 200 international organizations.
Serbia, which for centuries has considered Kosovo the cradle of its civilization, still sees it as part of its own territory and has the support of Russia and China.
Five European Union members also don't recognize Kosovo's independence.
