A quick visit to the beautiful Moonstone Beach in Cambria, California. Gorgeous coastline and perfect for a little practice for a novice flyer. The good news is that I never put it in the ocean, even though I was a bit timid about going too far out. Still a big step. I think some nice shots. Shot twice - once in the afternoon, then then following early morning with mist and clouds. Lots of fun.
TECH
For those interested, I used a Polar Pro ND32 on the sunny day and a Polar Pro ND 16 on the cloudy day. Full manual exposure. Shot 1/60th at ISO 200 in the sun and 1/60th ISO 800 on the cloudy morning. Some over-exposure withe the could reflecting the water, but beach was good. Some basic color correction added in FCPX

we are going to the moonstone beach boardwalk and beach so find moonstones. we had a good time and going to miss a wonderful view on our way to Cambria. Moonstone beach is nice and gets a beautiful sunny day.
In the moonstone beach, I am going to search for some moonstone gems. we had a lot of moonstones they were very shiny and nice to look at and we are going to check-in and then we are going to go to dinner. here are a very good day and we enjoy here so much and make fun.

Hey friends -- In this week's episode we've moved a little ways up the California coast to Cambria. We enjoy sipping on local wines, visiting the Elephant Seal Rookery, and finding moonstones (and more) on the beach! Ultimately, an unfortunate circumstance causes us to leave the campground before the week is up. As Brad says, it's not all rainbows and butterflies. Ain't that the truth!
