Alaska Is An Eagle from Alaska Cabin Nite Dinner Theatre 2014
Just outside the gates to Denali National Park in Alaska lies a microcosm of tourism that brings thousands of employees, entertainers and travelers to one small area to enjoy the beauty of the ark's animals, plants and vistas. Some of these tourists are fortunate enough to spend an evening with Fanny Quigley and her friends over a hearty meal and some real heart. This song originally written t draw the Olympics to Alaska captures what it means to be overwhelmed by this singular place.

Granny vs Denali Park River
05/14/2010
Yep, it's another one. Little late because my camera, for some reason, kept overloading the write buffer.... I need a faster memory card. ANYWAY
We went over to Denali National Park and drove the road about 30 miles in.. On the way back, we stopped at the river before the road turns to dirt (and I'm terrible about my memory so I don't remember the name of said river), and my granny decided to stick her foot in the water there too. Fun, fun! I upload these for her to pass around to family, and to see what kind of comments I get, lol.
Visit Denali National Park with Holland America Line
Get to know Alaska with a Holland America Line cruisetour. Denali National Park and Preserve is a park of international significance. It features North America's highest mountain, 20,320-foot tall Mount McKinley. The Alaska Range also includes countless other spectacular mountains and many large glaciers. The park was established as Mount McKinley National Park on Feb. 26, 1917. The original park was designated a wilderness area and incorporated into Denali National Park and Preserve in 1980. It is the largest continually protected natural ecosystem in the world. Watch for moose, sheep, caribou and bear and marvel at massive icefields. Land on a glacier to see ice falls, moraines, ice bridges and glacier streams.

Glass-domed Train from Talkeetna to Denali, Alaska
As our train meandered across the unadulterated landscape, I found that I was reassuring myself that it was real. Such scenery…as though it was “too beautiful” to be true. I rode along with Awe, Wonder, and Amazement, as we all shared in an exchange of childlike fascination. While being a train ride, I’m inclined to default to recommending it, but truly, this stretch of track will lead you through a mere part of the heart of Alaska, but it will invite you to the center of your being, where you're reacquainted with your youth.
This ride was just over four hours, where passengers relaxed in their comfortable seats, while enjoying refreshments and narration, or enjoyed the brisk air on the cars’ “porches.” Lunch was enjoyed on the lower level of the car. All luggage, carry-ons included, were stowed, not to be seen again until disembarkation. I should note that the cars we rode in on this trip were private cars, not to be confused with Alaska Railroad’s Goldstar Service cars, found on its website; I indulged in one, though, to Seward:

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills
- improves your own spoken accent
- learn while on the move
- reduce eye strain
Now learn the vast amount of general knowledge available on Wikipedia through audio (audio article). You could even learn subconsciously by playing the audio while you are sleeping! If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

SUMMARY
=======
Milwaukee (, locally ) is the largest city in the state of Wisconsin and the fifth-largest city in the Midwestern United States. The seat of the eponymous county, it is on Lake Michigan's western shore. Ranked by its estimated 2014 population, Milwaukee was the 31st largest city in the United States. The city's estimated population in 2017 was 595,351. Milwaukee is the main cultural and economic center of the Milwaukee metropolitan area which had a population of 2,043,904 in the 2014 census estimate. It is the third-most densely populated metropolitan area in the Midwest, surpassed only by Chicago and Detroit, respectively .Milwaukee is considered a Gamma global city as categorized by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network with a regional GDP of over $105 billion.
The first Europeans to pass through the area were French Catholic Jesuit missionaries, who were ministering to Native Americans, and fur traders. In 1818, the French Canadian explorer Solomon Juneau settled in the area, and in 1846, Juneau's town combined with two neighboring towns to incorporate as the city of Milwaukee. Large numbers of German immigrants arrived during the late 1840s, after the German revolutions, with Poles and other eastern European immigrants arriving in the following decades. Milwaukee is known for its brewing traditions, begun with the German immigrants.
Beginning in the early 21st century, the city has been undergoing its largest construction boom since the 1960s. Major new additions to the city in the past two decades include the Milwaukee Riverwalk, the Wisconsin Center, Miller Park, The Hop (streetcar system), an expansion to the Milwaukee Art Museum, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, and Pier Wisconsin, as well as major renovations to the UW–Milwaukee Panther Arena. The Fiserv Forum opened in late 2018.
