Mondulkiri Tent Camping Tip 17 - Kbal Preah Waterfall or Lel Pok Bras at Pu Trom Village
It's video 2 from Kbal Preah Waterfall in Mondulkiri province. The first video is about jungle trekking to the waterfall, ate lunch at the waterfall. This video 2 is about us all playing water and enjoyed the day at waterfall. The tribe language for this waterfall is Lel Pok Bras or Leng Pok Brah and the general name is Kbal Preah Waterfall at Pu Trom village, Romnea commune (Sangkat Romnea), Krong Senmonorom, Mondulkiri province. This waterfall is about 13km. from Senmonorom town and about 20km from Pu Tang village in Mondulkiri province. We played at the waterfall until 3:30pm then walked back to the bus. Some of us and kids went with a pick up car to the bus and some of us need to walk. We didn't walk on the shortcut up the hill back to the bus, we walked on the path around the mountain to the bus so it's triple distance and need more time to walk. We spent nearly 3hours to walk back to the bus and exhausted. We're late and behind the schedule. We need to rush traveling back to Phnom Penh city. We will be home late at night.

Mondulkiri Tent Camping Tip 17 - Jungle Trekking to Kbal Preah Waterfall in Cambodia
We just left Phnom Dos Kromom resort heading to Pu Trom village to visit a new waterfall that we've never heard or visited before. It's called Kbal Preah Waterfall. The tribe in that area called this waterfall Lel Pok Bras or Leng Pok Brah depends on accent and pronunciation. We parked the bus on top of the hill at the end of Pu Trom village and walking down to the waterfall. Teacher Phen Sophal who is our guide said that we need unto 1 hour to walk to the waterfall. It's not really hard cuz we're walking down the hill but it will hard when we're walking back to the bus. We need to hurry cuz we all are hungry as it's already 12pm and we didn't have lunch yet. We carry water and foods trekking the jungle to the waterfall. It's a rainforest mountain in Mondulkiri province. The government is building a smooth path to this waterfall. Hopefully, Kbal Preah waterfall will be popular in mid or end of 2018. Kbal Preah waterfall or Lel Pok Bras is located at Pu Trom village, Romnea commune (Sangkat Romnea), Krong Sen Monorom, Mondulkiri province, Cambodia, Southeast Asia. Please enjoy the video.

Leng Khin Leng Orng Waterfall in Mondulkiri
A beautiful waterfall at Mondulkiri Province called Leng Khin Leng Orng Waterfall, it's 2 waterfalls at Pu Siam village, Sen Monorom commune, Ou Reang district. Leng Orng is a small waterfall and close to the entrance but Leng Khin is a big waterfall that need to walk a little further. I visited this place 3 times already but still wanna come again. I wish to visit the 3rd waterfall called Leng Reach that need to go a little further. I hope one day. There's also a drone a video showing the way from parking to the waterfall. It's the last video of our trip with Cam Adventure to Mondulkiri Province. Bye Bye Mondulkiri! See you again next time!

Mondulkiri Tent Camping Tip 16 - Visit Phnom Dos Kromom Resort at Sen Monorom Town
We just left Ko Prey Circle, the landmark of Mondulkiri province. We are now walking up to Phnom Dos Kramom resort at Sangkat Romnea, Krong Sen Monorom, Mondulkiri Province, Cambodia, Southeast Asia. Phnom Dos Kromom means Virgin Breast mountain. The mountain we're visiting is Grandpa mountain or Lok Ta Sros or Ta Sdos mountain. One more mountain is Grandma mountain, but we didn't go up that one as we don't have much time and we have to move to next location and have lunch. On grandpa mountain, people always take picture with I Love Mondulkiri sign/banner. This banner is a very popular place for couple, family, or group photos and videos.

On The Way To KBAL PREAH WATERFALL in Mondulkiri Province
This video starts from Ko-Prey circle (toro or gaur circle) the land mark of Mondulkiri Province. We stopped at a restaurant to buy some foods as we have to go Kbal Preah waterfall and there's no foods or services over there. We need to get out of Sen Monorom town to Pu trom village to Kbal Preah Waterfall. It's about 15km. Sen Monorom town. Path is cut by a flowing water hole, we need to park our cars and walk 1km. to the waterfall. I flew my drone to the sky to see the road and landscape from above. It's really green and beautiful.

Mondulkiri Tent Camping Trip 5 - We Left Leng Khin Leng Orng Waterfall to Camping and Dinner
A continuing video at Leng Khin Leng Orng waterfall at Ou Reang district in Mondulkiri province. It's a beautiful, natural ecotourism site, the most tourist attraction in Cambodia, Southeast Asia. It's late in the evening, we have to rush to dinner at teacher Phen Sophal's home as they already prepared a dinner for us. We have Cambodian noodle with grilled fishes, porks, local organic mixed vegetable and a sweet fish sauce. The local villagers cooked us a traditional food in bamboo called Samlor Proung . It's a mixing of vegetables, fishes, buffalo's skin soup cooking in bamboo tube. This's a great dinner and happy night we enjoyed together. We set fire by the tents (tent campings) which are preparing around teacher Sophal Phen's home. It's so cold and windy at night. Sleep well everyone and see you tomorrow morning.

Top Attractions in Mondulkiri Province
1 Bou Sra Waterfall : is an hour drive from Sen Monorom. The waterfalls itself are nice and very strong when we were there. The local foodstalls serve Khmer-food and beers. You can hire a mat to sit on. The locals are busy with taking pictures of themselves in old dresses. You should do it yourself. One of the best holiday-pictures :)

Leng Khin Leng Orng Waterfall at Mondulkri Province
In Mondulkiri province, there is a new waterfall at Ou Reang district that we just saw on a banner called Leng Orng & Leng Khin Waterfall. We need to travel into this waterfall for about 10min. by car. We have to park the car on the hill and walk down to the waterfall for another 15min. walk. It's about 1km from the hill where we park the car or it's about 5km from the highway. It's a beautiful waterfall called Leng Khin Leng Orng and it's a name by the ethnic groups living on the hill at Mondulkiri province.

Mondulkiri (literally: Mountain of the Mandala.) is a province (khaet) ofCambodia. Bordering the provinces of Kratié to the west, Stung Treng to the northwest, Ratanakiri to the north and the country of Vietnam to the east and south, it is the most sparsely populated province in the country despite being the largest in land area. The province was created in 1961 from the eastern part of Kratié Province. The capital is the town of Senmonorom.
History
In 1960 Mondulkiri was created out of Kratié Province by order of King Norodom Sihanouk. Sen Monorom was set up as the capital in 1962. During the Vietnam War in the late 1960s, Mondulkiri was home to three bases of theNational Liberation Front of South Vietnam which resulted in numerous incursions and bombings by US forces. About 1970 the area fell under Khmer Rouge domination. Subsequently much of the populace was forcibly removed to Koh Nhek (Kaoh Nheaek) district to provide labor for rice growing. Schools, hospitals, even entire villages were destroyed. As many as half of the people in the province died during the forced relocation in the 1970s.
The Bunong people appear to have lived in the provincial area for about 2000 years, but there is little documentation until France colonized Cambodia in 1864. Like other people in the province, the Bunong were displaced in the 1970s and only allowed to return to their traditional homeland in the 1980s.

Mondulkiri is Cambodia's largest and also most sparsely populated province, containing an area of 14,288 km2 (5,517 sq mi) ranging from 190 to 1,000 metres (620 to 3,280 ft). It is located in the south-east part of the country and borders three provinces in Vietnam: Đắk Lắk, Đắk Nông, and Bình Phước provinces. Three rivers cross the province: Srepok, Preaek Chhbaar, and Preaek Te Rivers.
The provincial capital is Sen Monorom which is located in the southeastern part of the province about 390 km (240 mi) from Phnom Penh, the national capital.

KBAL PREAH WATERFALL in MONDULKIRI Province
Start this video with aerial view of green forest, jungle, and path to Kbal Preah Waterfall in Mondulkiri Province. We have to park our Van and car and walk on foot for about 1km. to the waterfall. Along the path, we enjoyed the nature, green trees, flowers, noise of jungle especially cicadas. We arrived the waterfall, it's flowing and falling very strong. We can play or swim, we can only take photos with waterfall and enjoy a good time with the Khmer tourist family. Kbal Preah Waterfall is about 15km. from Saen Monorom town located at Pu trom village, Romnea Commune, Mondulkiri Province.

We Left DAMNAK SDACH WATERFALL to teacher Sophal's home
This short video started with a drone shot of Damnak Sdach waterfall and our kids Raby & Touch played at the flowing water stream at Damnak Sdach waterfall in Mondulkiri Province. We had fun at the waterfall for about 30min. then leaving this waterfall head back to Sen Monorom town. I walked to Ko-Prey circle (Toro or Gaur Circle) to fly my drone capturing the landscape from the sky. Everyone need a coffee especially our driver Mr. Siman known as Pu Mao cuz he sing a lot and drive a long way. We stop at Bonjour Cafe at Total Gas Station to get some drinks, then we continued to Ou Reang district to drop teacher Sophal and his neighbor at home. We said goodbye to teacher Sophal and travel back to Phnom Penh city.

Putang ethnic village in Mondulkiri, northeast province of Cambodia
Putang is a name of ethnic and it's a village called Putang village in Mondulkiri province. It's a province in the northeast of Cambodia where there are mountains, trees, animals, waterfall, treasure, wonderful weather, and amazing place to see on earth. Mondulkiri province gave a huge love and souvenir of fun time and memory. Today we visited the tribe, the ethnic people there called Putang. They are now wearing like Khmer people and speaking Khmer language as well. Their culture seems to be changed as they need Khmer currency, speak Khmer language, driving motorcycle (when before they walk with their bucket on their shoulder/back). The government should think about it as this is a part of culture and tourist attraction.

Good Morning Putang Village, Mondulkiri Province
It's a cold & windy night out there on the hill at Putang village, 10Km. south of Krong Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri Province. You can see my wife and my son in the a tent without metal tent's frame and we just got in tent and covered it like a blanket. It's fun night and beautiful morning. A time-lapse video of showing our tent camping place and the sunrise on the hilltop at Putang village. A drone video of the surrounding, putang village and our camping place on the hill. We got ready for breakfast, a chicken porridge for everyone. It's yummy and good for the morning. We enjoyed breakfast and got on bus ready to go to the next location, it's Andong Sne mountain at Dak Dam, close to the border of Cambodia-Vietnam.
In this video, i used GoPro Hero 5 Black, iPhone 6s, DJI Phantom 3 Standard.
