JacksAClown - Our Isle of Man
This is a video presented to everyone from my perspective on many things that you can see and do on the Isle of Man.
As a beginner in editing I wanted to share something different to people to my usual videos. Unfortunately I do not have any colour grading software to make the cuts more cinematic.
I am hoping for funding for this for next year so I can bring more videos across to you all from and on the Isle of Man.

Anzacs Episode 2 - Epic WW1 Australian Mini-Series (1985)
Part 2 of 5: “The Big Push: 1916” from ANZACs - an epic look at Australia's fighting soldiers during World War I. Unlike many other series on The Diggers, however, ANZACs went further than the heroic debacle of Gallipoli and followed the Australians deep into the hell of the Western Front.
This incredibly well-produced TV Mini-Series follows the lives of a dozen Australian soldiers who served in the Australia and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) during World War I - who enlist in the 8th Battalion of the First Australian Imperial Force - which follows them from the 1915 battle of Gallipoli, to the brutal trenches of France during the 1916 Somme battles, the 1917 Arias and Vimy Ridge battles to the final 1918 German offensives and the final victory drive as well as the hardships, mid-adventures and the casualties of friends encountered at each one.
PART TWO SYNOPSIS: In 1916 the platoon, now re-enforced, arrives at the Western Front in France. Among the new members are Wilhelm Schmidt, Dinny Gordon, 'Pudden' Parsons, Lewis-gunner 'Bluey' and Privates Upton and Morrissey. In France, Cleary soon proves himself an expert 'scrounger' and distributor of stolen goods. In London, Australian journalist Keith Murdoch, who had been at Gallipoli, meets with British War Secretary Lloyd George who has a dislike of British Army commander Douglas Haig. During a raid on the German lines, Morrissey is killed and Barrington proves his leadership skill. In July, the platoon take part in the Somme Campaign at Pozières. The attack breaks down in confusion, forcing Barrington and Flanagan to assume leadership roles. Behind the lines, Haig informs Murdoch that the Germans have concentrated all of their reserve artillery on the Pozières sector in an effort to contain the Australians. The platoon suffers heavy losses, and Upton is killed trying to warn the platoon's relief, and Collins suffers from shell-shock. After a long battle, the dazed and traumatized survivors stagger back to the rear.

Klassic Koalas: Mr. Douglas Koalas And the Stars of Qantas
Asleep, awake, and ready for anything, the koalas cared for by wildlife carer Peter Douglas present their most adorable faces to the camera in these priceless shots, taken over a thirty-year period. Under Douglas’ watchful eye, koalas were photographed in all manner of settings, protected from “pet” status yet allowed to display their unique curiosity for the delight of observers. Unseen by the general public, these pictures, accompanied by famous, witty one-liners will make you smile and laugh as they demonstrate yet again the irresistible nature of Australia’s most beloved marsupial.
Also included are some of the most renowned Qantas ads featuring koalas. The popular I hate Qantas commercials originally featured a talking koala who sat in a eucalyptus tree while complaining about tourists disturbing its tranquil environment.
These advertisements were first created by the Cunningham & Walsh agency of San Francisco and aimed at an exclusively American audience. Running from 1967 until 1992 (and briefly reinstated around the time of the Australian Olympics in 1999), they became the longest television ad campaign in United States history. The original ads in addition to other examples, can now be enjoyed in person by visiting the Q.A.N.T.A.S. Founders Outback Museumin Longreach, Queensland. These classic publicity shots exhibit all the charm that helped cement Australia’s position as a hot tourist destination. And if you think your eyes are deceiving you, they’re not—that’s not just one, but two albino koalas in some of the pictures, just as winsome as their more-pigmented brethren—yet a reminder that, without human intervention, the koala may become a mere ghost of a memory.
