These giant balls are insanely fun and a must do in Rotorua, New Zealand ( This has been on our bucket list for some time and was an amazing experience. Ride it dry, wet or with a bodyboard, they've got all kinds of weird names for each type, Zorbit, Zydro, and Zurf,. Our friends from Canada, Brent and Kristina joined us for this one, it was awesome to share such a wacky and ridiculously cool adventure with them.

Skyline Rotorua has family fun for everyone and is a must do in Rotorua with gondola, luge, wine tasting and restaurant.
It starts by taking a ride one of the eight-seater Doppelmayr gondola cabins up the side of the dormant volcano Mount Ngongotaha (487 merres above sea level).
After you go ride the luge down the mountain, a chairlift will be waiting for you. You move your luge to the conveyor belt which will cycle the gravity powered ride back to the top via the chairlift which will also bring you back to top. Basically killing two birds with one stone.
