[EN] We visited Tihany - a very famous place in Hungary at Lake Balaton, on the peninsula of the same name. The village is very well maintained and has buildings with characteristic roofs covered with reed from Lake Balaton. Interestingly, lavender is grown here - as in Provence. Products based on it (oils, perfumes, etc.), as well as the lavender bundles can be bought at stores located here (for example in Tihanyi Levendula Manufaktura). After passing through the village, we reach the Benedictine abbey situated at the top of the hill, from which we can have magnificent views of Lake Balaton. The whole scenery is amazing.

[HU] Meglátogattuk Tihanyot - egy nagyon híres magyarországi helyet a Balatonon, az azonos nevű félszigeten. A falu nagyon jól karbantartott, és jellegzetes tetővel ellátott épületek tartoznak, amelyek a Balaton-nádból származnak. Érdekes módon levendulát termesztenek itt - mint Provence-ban. Az alapuló termékek (olajok, parfümök stb.), Valamint a levendula kötegek itt vásárolhatók. [PL] Zwiedziliśmy Tihany - bardzo znaną miejscowość na Węgrzech nad Balatonem, na półwyspie o tej samej nazwie. Miejscowość jest bardzo zadbana i posiada budynki o charakterystycznych dachach pokrytych trzciną z Balatonu. Co ciekawe, uprawia się tu - jak w Prowansji - lawendę. Produkty oparte na niej (olejki, perfumy itp.), a także same wiązki lawendy można kupić w znajdujących się tu sklepach (na przykład w Tihanyi Levendula Manufaktura). Po przejściu przez miejscowość docieramy do opactwa benedyktyńskiego położonego na samym szczycie wzgórza, z którego rozciąga się wspaniały widok na Balaton.
