3 Great Small Ports in Europe
Check out 3 great small ports in Europe.
Europe is dotted with many stunning port towns. Here are 3 of those great small port locations according to National Geographic.
Number 3 - The Port of Valletta, located in Malta is a natural deep-water harbor that stretches roughly 2 miles inland. Open 24 hours a day, the port serves as a multi-purpose center. Offering cruise, ferry and cargo ships, it also boasts reception facilities. 16th century limestone buildings serve as a backdrop to the port, while nearby museums and cultural establishments offer visitors entertainment and education.
Number 2 -- The Ålesund Port in Norway is a historic site which was rebuilt in the early 20th century in art nouveau style. Towers and turrets dominate the architecture, while the North Sea islands can be seen in almost any direction. A popular port of call for cruise ships and a 200 meter expansion of the pier in 2012 makes it a great point from which to explore Norway. Cobblestone streets and the colorful architecture are accents to the gorgeous waters that encompass the surrounding town which appears to be straight out of a fairytale.
Number 1 - The Port of Gdansk in north central Poland connects with Warsaw by the Vistula River. Comprised of two port areas, Nowy Port serves as an industrial center while Port Polnocny is the biggest maritime development project in the country. The high-tech industry is also booming in this remarkable cultural center and tourist destination.

The top 5 cafes and bars in Utrecht.
Utrecht is the forth largest city in the Netherlands and attracts many tourists each year. The main sight is the Dom tower, standing tall above the city at 112 meters. There are many shopping opportunities, and the canals through the city make it a picturesque place. 1. Cafe Olivier - Located near the train station, this cafe is based in the old church building. Enjoy a drink here for a nostalgic experience in an authentic Belgium atmosphere.
2. Grand Cafe Lebowski - Here you can enjoy your drinks in a theatrical atmosphere with many animals waiting for you. Located near the Dom tower.
3. Kafe Belgie - a cozy cafe with many choices on the Oudegracht. When you walk in, the big beer board is already showing off the wall.

Vietnam Vacation Travel Video Guide
Travel video about destination Vietnam.
North Vietnam is still ruled by communism but in the south the hammer and sickle fades into capitalism that is gradually beginning to dominate all. One country and two lifestyles, Vietnam has opened up its borders. It is a country of beautiful landscapes, amicable people and a great cultural heritage.Hanoi is North Vietnam’s lively capital city located in the north of the country and set amid the delta plains of the Red River. The Chua Mot Cot Pagoda is one of the oldest religious buildings in Hanoi and is a temple built upon a single column in the centre of a small lake. On the shores of the Song Huong, Giang in the heart of Vietnam is a former royal city and today’s provincial capital of Hué. Nine mighty canon are the symbolic guards of the historic citadel. Beyond its defences are five hundred hectares that contain the Imperial City and also the Forbidden Purple City. Da Nang’s Cham Museum contains a fine collection of Cham sculpture from the surrounding provinces. It boasts more than three hundred exhibits divided into ten rooms, with sandstone deities, monsters and heavenly dancers. With nearly six million inhabitants, Saigon is also known as Ho Chi Minh City. The Jade Pagoda, the Temple of the Jade Emperor, highlights the country’s religious faith. The interior features Daoism in all its splendour and it was here that it all began, at the junction of the Ben Nghe Canal on the slowly flowing Saigon River. Vietnam is a colourful land that still contains ancient tribes and exotic landscapes – a fascinating paradise located on the exotic edge of South East Asia!
