Trans America Trail - TAT - Episode 13 - Are We On Mars? - Moab to Castle Dale, UT
In this 13th episode of our 2017 trip across the United States on the Trans America Trail (aka: TAT), we travel from Moab, a very popular town for off-road vehicles and mountain bikers, as well as the central point to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. From here we move deep into the San Rafael Desert, a very desolated yet breathtaking area to then stay the night at a very magical place call Temple Mountain, with its pictographs believed to date as far back as 8,000 years ago. The next day we journey deeper into the canyons until we reached the town of Castle Dale where once again we stumble upon a delicious burger joint . Just another amazing section of the TAT.
