10. Phra Nang Beach 2:03
Phra Nang Beach is the southern strip of sand in Railay Bay. You can get to the beach by a 20-minute long-tail boat trip directly from Ao Nang or a 10 minute walk from Railay East. With super soft sand, clear shallow water, coral reef, and caves, this really is the perfect beach.
9. AO Nang 2:22
Ao Nang is a resort town. It's known for the long beachfront and access to dive sites off the nearby islands. It has the relaxed atmosphere of a small town but the beauty of a beach resort.
8. Khao Kanab Nam 2:43
The pair of 100-metre-high limestone rocks rise from either side of the Krabi river to form a key part of the natural scenery. Any visitor of Krabi town will get a glimpse of the rocks and their iconic tilted shapes from afar, but a boat trip to explore the cave is worth every penny.

This nature trek is a great place to spot rare animals and plants that are close to extinction. The forest is filled with age-old trees stretching up to the sky, unusual forest creatures and limestone foothills that open onto a dazzling emerald pool.

Railay is an attraction in itself. It is a small peninsula accessible only by boat because of the tall limestone cliffs casting it away from the Krabi mainland. Railay is the kind of destination to get away from it all and to enjoy all that Thailand’s nature has to offer.

I went on this trip with no plan whatsoever. Literally. I just booked my flight to Krabi Thailand and figured it all out as I went. I stayed at a really cheap hotel near the city center of Krabi, and I went and booked my tours.
The first tour I went on was out to the Phi Phi Islands. It was fabulous. We stopped of at a few different islands on the way as we snorkeled, went fishing, chilled on the beach, played in the water and so much more. The tour guides were fabulous. We took a speed boat that day.
My second day: I rented a motorcycle for 250 Baht/day (aprx. 10 dollars) and I just drove around. I hit up the Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Sua) and hiked up to the top... it was extremely tiring! I felt like Frodo and Sam from Lord of the Rings when they had to take the back way into Mordor up the big staircase (yes... i totally sounded like a nerd right there) I also hit up the Emerald Pool, hot streams, and anything else along the way.
Third and final day: I took a tour out to Hong Island on a long tail boat. On the way we hit up Red Island and snorkeled there. We stopped at another island... which I have since forgotten the name. and finally we got to Hong Island. We kayaked and it was just a blast.
If you ever want to go to Krabi, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure!

Barely any colors were changed in Post Production. This is literally all straight out of the camera. There were three shots that I stabilized at 15% and I believe about 5 shots with little color correction, but besides that it's all straight out of the camera.

We rented a scooter and drove 45 minutes into Krabi Town where, from our research, we were supposed to be greeted with a lively market and outdoor shopping. That wasn't the case at all! If you had told me a year ago that we were going to sell all of our stuff to start backpacking the world, I would have called you a liar. We want to show others that if they want something bad enough, they’ll figure out how to get it; show people who are struggling that they can make the light at the end of their tunnel. Krabi is a beautiful and relaxing place and its capital, Krabi Town, is an interesting little town. It has plenty of restaurants, shopping and nightlife, some great hotels and resorts, and it's an ideal place to base yourself to explore the Krabi islands and the rest of Krabi Thailand. There is plenty of nightlife with nightclubs, International & Thai restaurants and bars, and you’ll find a different night market open every night of the week. One of the things Krabi Town is best known for is its Krabi Walking Street Night Market which is open every weekend. You’ll find a huge range of delicious Thai food and Thai cuisine in any Thai restaurant in Krabi Town and there’s loads of awesome Thai street food outside on the streets and at the markets. There are loads of Krabi tours you can do from there: kayaking, island hopping, rock climbing, temples, national parks, waterfalls … Krabi has it all! Krabi Town is about 15 minutes from Railay Beach, 50 minutes from Koh Phi Phi Island and 2.5 hours from Phuket by boat; or 20 minutes from Ao Nang and 2.5 hours from Phuket by road or sea.
